I visited the Cocobowlz Irmo location today and enjoyed a COCOKALE smoothie. It was delicious. The flavor was natural and far from artificial. If you are looking for a tasty smoothie place in the Irmo area, I recommended Cocobowlz!

Disappointing first experience, at the Irmo location - the young lady working on 05/11 Sunday @12:45 pm didn't greet us, didn't smile, had food residue on her mouth, and dropped our drinks on the counter and walked away...
If you look at my review history, this is my first negative review. I prefer to only leave praise, however this experience needs to be seen by there management team or owners...
Ordered a Jenny bowl with an açaí base. Base was completely frozen. Asked the young lady who was working if their bases are usually frozen. She said that was all they had and it was left over from last night.
Complete waste of half of the bowl. Kinda defeats the purpose.
I bought 4 bowls today and the lady told me my total after tax was $52.32. I swiped my card and it went up to $61.92 . I asked for my receipt and the lady helped herself to a $9.60 tip. She states “oh it automatically does that”. It was Very unprofessional for her to give herself a tip and trying to hide it by not giving us a receipt from the beginning . I will not come to this establishment again and will also not refer anyone to this establishment. I allowed her to keep the tip due to her obviously needing it since she wanted to steal. But this is unacceptable and as a franchise i expect the owner to hire quality employees. Very bad first impression.
The bowls are very good, but it is too expensive and there are no options for children.
Quick Service, bowls are PACKED FULL OF GOODNESS !
Today, we went to Cocobowlz. The space is modern, inviting, and has a great vibe perfect for enjoying a fresh and delicious açaí bowl and green smoothie.
The staff were friendly and welcoming, making sure everything was just right. Both the açaí bowl and CocoKale were top-notch & perfectly blended, rich in flavor, and loaded with fresh, high-quality toppings. Every bite was a great balance of textures and sweetness. It’s just the right size… it’s a small healthy treat.
It’s exciting to see this new spot open, and we will definitely be coming back. If you’re looking for a refreshing and healthy treat, Cocobowlz is a must-visit!
Coming from someone that frequently visits the downtown location do yourself a favor and just go there. Especially for the customer service. The quality and portion size definitely were not on the same level at this location. We were the only customers in the store and it took the girl a few minutes to come out of the back and take our order. When she did come out she didn’t greet us and acted like we were doing her a disservice because she had to do her job. She just walked to the register and pretty much looked at us like what do you want. By the time we finished eating another employee had came in for her shift and as we were leaving neither one of them said a word. I get people have bad days but for both of your employees to not speak to costumers is very rude.

It’s hard to not get 5 stars with a place like this. With that said, no thought was put into the presentation of the bowls. The bowl is too small to even get into. You literally have to eat toppings to make room to be able to go to the bottom. Maybe because I’m a vegetarian and I just don’t eat anything when I choose to eat somewhere I expect excellence. The bowls are rather small
compared to other places. The least you can do is put the base on one side and the toppings on the other. That would allow you to be able to get a little bit of everything in each bite. I’ll stick to Surf’s Up for now and Cocobowlz will be a last resort.

Today I ordered 2 bowlz and they wasn’t filled like they usually are. Wasn’t no fruit and the base only had to be 1 scoop but I’m sure it was the worker that’s on schedule around this time
This was my first time ever having an açaí bowl (even though I didn’t get the açaí base…I got the mango/pineapple & I’ll tell ya’ll about that later). On a Sunday afternoon it was empty. I got my bowl super fast & it was beautiful as you can see! I started with the mango/pineapple base, and I don’t know what they make this stuff with but it is sooo silky smooth & deliciously, perfectly sweet. Granola topping. I topped it with bananas, blueberries & strawberries & all of the fruit was delicious. Almond shavings & flax seed and finished with Nutella drizzle. It was divine! 10/10.
