Can’t rave about Cox enough. Not only is their food delicious, they truly go above and beyond. We ordered our Thanksgiving turkey from there. We woke up Thanksgiving morning and were all feeling sick. Not wanting to waste the turkey, we called and asked if there was any chance we could pay them to deliver the turkey after the shop closes. Not only did they happily offer to deliver the turkey, they didn’t just drop it at the door, they insisted on bringing it in and set it up on our kitchen counter. We offered to pay them whatever they wanted for the holiday delivery and they absolutely refused. They said it was part of their job to make sure we enjoyed thanksgiving. While the food was so tasty, we are literally without words on their service. We will be customers for life and you should be too.

What I. Thought
Stopped through on a whim. Pulled pork and brisket were great. Mac and cheese wasn’t for me but was decent. Green beans were… green beans.
Outside looked a little rough but I’m not there to oggle the decor. Just give me the food. A couple tables inside and out but not somewhere you come to sit and have your meal.
Other locals may come at me, but the meat was better than city limits and I didn’t have to stand in line 🙃

This was our first time trying Cox Family BBQ. We chose to get a pork family dinner. The pork was excellent and the vinegar pepper sauce was out of this world! Sides were hash and rice and mac and cheese. These were also very good. Since there are only two of us, this dinner is going to be another meal for us. Even though there is no dine in choice, you can eat outside there on one of a few tables or bring it home as we did. We will buy bbq from them again!

Just happened to pass by and Decided to turn around and oh my my! I got a BBQ plate and the meat was cooked to perfection. Perfect flavor and juicy! I got the mustard based. I am used to a different kind of hash so this was different and had a small kick but was Perfect. Definitely returning!

We were so excited to try this, but it didn’t live up to our expectations. The ribs were so dry. The chicken was decent. The Mac and cheese was delicious, but that was the only thing worth the money.
So far everything I have had was amazing. You can taste the rich flavors of the smoked meats, the mac and cheese is so creamy and delicious.

Our employee Christmas party last Saturday was catered by Cox Family BBQ, and it was absolutely wonderful! Their food truck has been a staple at our community events for a few years, consistently delivering delicious BBQ pork and chicken that never disappoints. How does the food taste old on a Saturday night. It tasted old and like liquid smoke. Very disappointed.
