Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

Not the best experience. Apparently you don’t get bread anymore while you wait for your food. Our waitress was a little annoyed that we all ordered Hershel’s breakfast and asked for bacon and she got a pen and huffed and circled the menu and said this is what you get. Only one gravy was brought to the table about half a cups worth and was for all three of us to share. Each meal comes with gravy not sharing gravy. We had to ask for more and she finally brought another small bowl out. If the order comes with gravy why would you bring one small gravy for people to share especially if we’re paying for it and we received no refills. Probably won’t visit this location again.

Took 5 minutes to get seated....with no one at the reception desk, person seemed grumpy when he did come. Many tables not clean. Waiter was friendly, food was good.

Uber Eats order. They left out the dipping sauce. Chicken was very rubbery.

If this restaurant had the rest of the employees care as much as my server Ivonne this experience would have been fantastic.
Ms Ivonne was a pleasure to deal with not so much her support staff.
I ordered a NY strip steak with loaded baked potato.
The steak came out great and cooked to my specifications but the potato was ice cold .
I told Ms Ivonne and she went back to the cook and told him to make another one he refused and told her why she didn’t take the potato off my
Plate and brought it back.
I waited 20 minutes after I already finished my steak and
And walked back there that was when they finally gave me my potatoe.
Ms Ivonne was clearly shaken and upset as to why the “cook” gave her such a hard time .
The manager gave me a discount but it sucked seeing a hard working woman get so much grief over a baked potatoe.

I got the shrimp platter. The shrimp was very good and the green beans were tasty. Not so much the hash brown casserole. The casserole had no taste. The biscuits are not as good as they used to be.

This Cracker Barrel is located right off 1-26. We stopped here and ordered breakfast for dinner. Our waitress Laura, was very attentive and super friendly. Our food was cooked just right. If we have the opportunity, we will eat here again.

We ordered chocolate pecan pie and I guess they really said, “Make it yourself,” lol.

Truthfully, it’s very rare that we ever receive everything we ordered from this location, and the food is only actually good once in a blue moon. We keep giving them chances though, so I guess that’s on us. Hopefully you’ll be there on a good day.

2 meals came out first with no bread both cold was redone and 3rd meal finally came out with the redone first 2 meals then bread was finally brought out.
