Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

This Cracker Barrel has it’s days. It can be really good with the service and the food but when they get busy it’s not the best. Which I understand but at the same time waiting for almost an hour for breakfast can be rough. Overall it’s decent!

Waited for almost an hour. Out of every campfire dish. Restaurant only about 25% full, and food wasn’t even hot.

I always order the chicken fried chicken over the past year every single time I’ve gotten it. It’s brown, not golden and the chicken is so stringy and dry. It’s ridiculous. I called the manager and he couldn’t have cared less. Over the past probably six months I’ve had to call before I order. The food makes it here, quick and hot.. Just way overcooked. But again the manager could care less. I receive this chicken 630 on Saturday May 18.

The problem had had was getting waited on. I will chunk it up to the place was pack with senior citizen. I was trying to place a to go order because I could not get my internet to work so went in to place the order . Waited at the hostess desk 7 min before someone came over. Waitress was nice who took my order. The food was excellent, I order 5 campfire chicken and 2 campfire shrimp. The only complaint is the shrimp campfire the sausage cut paper thin only 5shrimp and 5paper thin sausage still hungry off that. But the good point is the taste excellent. Good job on the food. I would have given higher points but the people at your register needed more training. Three register all was moving like they was new. Except the older lady who kept help the other that she forget about her own customers. I forgot about pictures

Well, since you emailed and asked. This location frequently is out of everything. Our last visit it was potatoes of any kind. The service is lack luster at best unless you are lucky enough to get Dion as your server. She makes everyone else look like snails.This week we waited longer than 10 minutes before a server ever even came to the table and there were about 10 other diners in the restaurant. It was not busy and no less than 5 employees could be seen just walking in circles. This used to be a first choice for us as it is close and the food used to be good. Now it’s hit or miss.

Service was great.

We placed an online order, confirmation email said food was going to be ready at 4:22PM. We arrived to pick up the food and it wasn’t ready, waited until 5:05PM before the food was ready. Then after getting the food they forgot 4 sides we paid for, absolute joke. This place needs to work on more realistic times for food pickup and actually remember to put food in the bag customers pay for.

Casseroles are the best!

Worst Cracker Barrel. If you want to wait an extra hour for a to-go order, constantly ask for it, and then receive your food cold that looks to have been sitting, this is your new favorite place. Worst run restaurant in town

Received food 30 minutes after promised time. What’s even more infuriating is that they told me “just a minute or two” when I arrived. I guess if you lie, you can make a few extra bucks.

The food is good. The service is a hit and miss. If you want superior service ask for Lacey or Kim and say Ashley recommended them! You won't be disappointed! The shop has a variety of things to look at as well.

I ordered online for curbside service. I pulled up at about 9:40pm, notified thru the email that I was there in spot 1. At 10:03pm I called in and they brought my food out. I received my food and once I got home I was missing a side order. I didn't like that I had to call in after being at curbside for more than 15 minutes. Food was ready at 9:31pm

Saw a D on the door so I turned around and left!
