Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

Our family went in for breakfast 8/31/25 & although our waiter was decent the food was awful.. he brought biscuits out and the plates he gave us had food stuck all over them.. he brought our drinks & I found food stuck on the inside of my cup ..my food had a piece of white string from fabric ...and my daughter ordered kids pancakes and it had something green cooked inside of the pancake we took one of the pieces of green stuff out of it and then another was found ..our server forgot about her eggs so I had to remind him. Unfortunately I didn't get a pic of the fabric string and dirty plates or food in the cup but it was awful .

Great late breakfast curbside takeout. Order was accurate, filling, and I didn't wait long once checked in. Friendly staff, clean parking lot.

We waited for over 30 minutes for our order. Unfortunately, we also noticed that they don't serve Southern Fried Chicken everyday anymore.

My husband took his father on Thursday morning for breakfast and the food arrived to the table cold and that it had been sitting. The waitress only checked occasionally and they were disappointed with their visit.

Everything took forever. Our server, Shelley, seemed perplexed by the menu. We ordered breakfast entrees that were listed on the Lunch and Dinner menu, but apparently depending on which page of that menu you’re on, “classic sides” means something different. We are on a restricted diet and thought we could get classic sides that were also on the menu we were ordering from. But apparently the breakfast entrees can only be served with sides from their breakfast menu - none of which we could have. I would bet money that the margarita is a Bud Lite Limarita as well. I didn’t go in expecting much, but this place somehow managed to still let me down.

New menu very bad

Ordered online tonight for curbside service. Got food in good time. I was leaving parking lot and noticed it wasn't my name on ticket. I had wrong food. that food was for a black van, I drive a silver SUV. went back , called in and told them, they came out with my food and let me know they were out of gravy, I would have changed order had they told me on phone. Was supposed to have a birthday cupcake but it was missing. Got home and my steak was overcooked and tuff. Third time getting over cooked or wrong food. never made a review before but this is ridiculous. Not the way to keep customers!

Ordered Beans ‘N Greens take out. Got half a small cup of beans and half cup of green beans and a completely burned corn muffin. $8.59 for nothing edible. 😡

Love the employees. Very helpful and nice. Food not too bad either🥰

our service was absolutely horrible. The bread was hard like a rock, and when we asked for the bread she said if I have time. They weren't even busy after lunch. we waited almost an hour and a half just to get out food and then had to ask the manager to see where it was. he brought out my wife's vegetable plate that had set for an hour and she had to ask him to take it back the plate was so hot you couldn't touch it. as the manager you should also know better. Definitely won't ever go back there. I asked for extra napkins so the server wouldn't even bring them. Ridiculous

This Cracker Barrel has it’s days. It can be really good with the service and the food but when they get busy it’s not the best. Which I understand but at the same time waiting for almost an hour for breakfast can be rough. Overall it’s decent!

Waited for almost an hour. Out of every campfire dish. Restaurant only about 25% full, and food wasn’t even hot.

I always order the chicken fried chicken over the past year every single time I’ve gotten it. It’s brown, not golden and the chicken is so stringy and dry. It’s ridiculous. I called the manager and he couldn’t have cared less. Over the past probably six months I’ve had to call before I order. The food makes it here, quick and hot.. Just way overcooked. But again the manager could care less. I receive this chicken 630 on Saturday May 18.

The problem had had was getting waited on. I will chunk it up to the place was pack with senior citizen. I was trying to place a to go order because I could not get my internet to work so went in to place the order . Waited at the hostess desk 7 min before someone came over. Waitress was nice who took my order. The food was excellent, I order 5 campfire chicken and 2 campfire shrimp. The only complaint is the shrimp campfire the sausage cut paper thin only 5shrimp and 5paper thin sausage still hungry off that. But the good point is the taste excellent. Good job on the food. I would have given higher points but the people at your register needed more training. Three register all was moving like they was new. Except the older lady who kept help the other that she forget about her own customers. I forgot about pictures
