My husband took his father on Thursday morning for breakfast and the food arrived to the table cold and that it had been sitting. The waitress only checked occasionally and they were disappointed with their visit.
Ordered online tonight for curbside service. Got food in good time. I was leaving parking lot and noticed it wasn't my name on ticket. I had wrong food. that food was for a black van, I drive a silver SUV. went back , called in and told them, they came out with my food and let me know they were out of gravy, I would have changed order had they told me on phone. This Cracker Barrel has it’s days. It can be really good with the service and the food but when they get busy it’s not the best. Which I understand but at the same time waiting for almost an hour for breakfast can be rough. Overall it’s decent!
