Hey guys! I just have to say I love me some Dunkin’! Their coffee is always fresh, the donuts and munchkins are the perfect treat, and the service is quick and friendly. Today I tried the pumpkin cold coffee with pumpkin munchkins and it was absolutely delicious — the perfect fall flavor combo!

This is consistently the worst Dunkin I have ever been to. Unfriendly and rude staff. Dirty. I was literally the only customer and the two workers couldn’t be bothered to help me. I had to walk out with them just talking away 5 feet from me.

This dunkin is the closest to the place I stay. Long drive thru times, 5 out of 10 times my order is not as ordered.
Beware: they no longer make their donuts!! They are shipped in from a place in NC everyday. I was wondering way they were no longer very good. Such a shame; they were the best donuts. A worker there told me D&D was trying to become more of a Starbucks model. D&D you had the market cornered on pastries, to bad.

The staff at this Dunkin has deteriorated rapidly and poorly in the last two years! No greeting, no smiles, moving like chilled molasses, and fuss when you ask them to do something that should be part of their everyday job. I ordered a small hot coffee and a blueberry doughnut. He handed me my coffee and then began to clean one of the machines behind the counter rather than hand me my donut so I can leave. I asked another employee to hand me, my donut and she fussed because she's busy too!Find some people that want to work and have good attitudes about having a paying job!

Made my drink incorrect twice. Whats the point of trying to get it right a third time. I can understand a mistake but twice. It tells you on the side of the cup what I ordered.
All 3 staff members are completely rude and disrespectful. This place should be shut down. The drink is disgustingly disgusting. 🤮
