I’m really disappointed in the customer service I received at this Dunkin’. I sat at the drive-thru speaker for six minutes without anyone responding. Normally when I come here, I’m greeted right away. I had to repeatedly say “hello” before someone finally answered.
When she did respond, it was very dry — just “go ahead with your order.” No greeting, no warmth. When I pulled up to the window, there was no “good morning,” no smile, no interaction at all — just my total. I was handed my drinks and that was it.
Customer service makes a big difference. I’ve had great experiences with other employees here who are friendly and polite, so this was disappointing. Hopefully management addresses this because that kind of service is not good for business.

Service is good.. but half of my drink is liquid sugar and tea. It tastes god awful. I can’t even taste the tea it just taste like im sipping liquid sugar each time. In the photo you can see how nearly the whole cup is filled with liquid sugar. I can’t even drink this! I thought if i let the ice melt it will be a little better. Yeah, no. In the pictures you can barely see but it’s just filled with liquid sugar. Horrendous!

This Dunkin should be closed owner needs to go back to Dunkin school or sell the dam place!
How many times do i have to come here on a Saturday and there are no donuts. It’s DUNKIN DONUTS for crying out loud!

Im on a road trip back to Florida from Tennessee and one of my stops was this dunkin donut and let me tell you they super nice better than floridas DD workers, the food was fresh made to order and my coffe was good. All 3 ladies work together and during the rush they still have out good customer service 🙏🏽

Never left a review but felt I had to. This place has got to be the worse coffee shop ever. The time it takes to order and get your stuff is outrageous! I tried to say maybe it’s just today or maybe they are training and that’s why it’s so bad but nope been a while and I have just decided I’ll go to Lake Murray DD for now on. Staff is rude and will leave you standing for a good amount of time before one of the 3 morning staff members that are not busy with no other costumer’s will even ask what they can get for you then it’s another 10 minutes before you get that and it’s usually not currently don’t which amazes me seeing as there is a sticker on the cup that literally tells you what goes in it! No Thank you have a nice day or even a good morning how can I help you it’s just a walk to the register and a what would you like? Seriously there is a manager there at this time as she is one of the 3 non busy slow workers that take their very slow time and always a is that it!

I went there this morning for my coffee & snackin bacon. Received my bacon COLD yes COLD. Asked to redo my bacon. The manager who’s black & wear glasses is rude. She tells me the bacon comes run temp. I told her it’s not room temp it’s COLD. She say if I get bacon & it’s not then it just came out the oven. I still tell her my bacon is cold. She didn’t try to remake the bacon or nothing. So I got me a refund. This was once a good Dunkin but ever since that manager. She’s rude & doesn’t care when it comes to the service, temp of the food & more. Highly don’t recommend

We ordered 50 donut holes for an event. Our card was charged through the mobile app, saying it was confirming with the store to make sure they had it in stock. Upon arriving to the store, we were told they didn’t have any donut holes.

All the workers had horrible attitudes and ordering from them seemed like an inconvenience. My wife's coffee was extremely bitter and the donuts seems like they were made the day before. I would look for another location before I stopped here again.
