I asked for less ice so they fill my cup with ice still and give me less coffee I paid extra for mocha in it too

I recently visited this Dunkin’ Donuts and I was impressed by how clean and inviting the space was. The atmosphere felt welcoming and well-maintained, which made for a pleasant experience.

What stood out even more was Deidra, the manager’s clear focus on customer service. They went out of their way to make sure everyone felt valued and satisfied, showing genuine interest in making the visit enjoyable.

The Munchkins donut holes were fresh and delicious. It was a perfect balance of flavor and texture. Whether you’re craving a classic treat or something a little more unique, like a Iced Matcha Latte...this spot has you covered.

Highly recommend stopping by for great donuts and outstanding service!

They don’t know how to read orders. Got delivery and ordered a sausage, egg, and white cheddar on a plain bagel and received sausage, egg, and YELLOW cheese on a CROISSANT. Also did not include any of the pastries we ordered. Hire employees who know how to read and count the number of items in the order it’s ridiculous.

I don't understand why they can't box the donuts. It irritates me when they throw them in a bag and the frosting gets on the other donuts. Please use boxes not bags!!

Not what it used to be. Terrible service, long waits, even if you order ahead and no one is in the drive through line. 20+ min to get a dozen donuts and cup of coffee with no one in line?? And still manage to not ring in a cup of coffee and proceed to give me someone else’s. Btw…. Not a good idea to have someone working the window that is snotting over everything!

Service was excellent, food was delicious, and the store was decorated for the holiday. A very enjoyable visit. Not all fast food is the same. These sweet ladies knocked it out of the park.

somehow my same coffee order here that I've probably ordered 100 times at other duncans is consistently about 5 shades darker and less sweet than any other duncan ive been too. employees disgruntled and def needs to find a different job if its causing them so much anger. I would avoid this one if you can I only went here cause I had to and could tell it would be sub par just based off the vibe. i work food service too i get its annoying, but suck it up

Staff, while i understand is busy, doesn't excuse common courtesy. I was not acknowledged while standing in line while waiting for someone to take my order. There were a few people behind me also not acknowledged. I felt like i was an inconvenience when i was finally acknowledged to have my order taken. I have never had a good experience with Dunkin and it’s so disappointing.

My husband and I came in for an afternoon treat and the coffee and donuts were so tasty. The three people working there were also friendly and fast. The S’mores cold brew was really good! Thanks Dunkin’!

Just went through the drive thru and the cashier asked if we wanted her to put the change in the tip jar…very weird. Asking if I “wanted” her to keep my money. Might’ve left a tip otherwise but that put me in an uncomfortable situation since all I got was a black coffee and the change was about the same amount that my drink was.

Went to drive thru, ordered 25 blueberry munchkins-was told to pull around. I was in a line waiting get to the window they take my card and swipe for payment, then tell me how they don’t have what I ordered but I already paid. We can offer a refund but we don’t have what you ordered because we didn’t check??? Horrible customer service then get upset when I ask for a refund because they didn’t have what I was ordering and that was not my fault for waiting and paying for something that was not there.
