They are truly struggling at this location. I don’t know if it’s a staffing issue or what but it’s bad. Drive through or dine in the wait is just far too long for a donut/coffee shop. I placed my order online for pick up thinking it would be quicker and it was not. Definitely frustrating and they mess up orders often. It has been going on for quite some time. I hope things improve! They also ran out of LIDS for hot coffees and couldn’t make my latte, when I asked for a refund she had to call someone to ask how to do it. Just rough all around.

The employee asked me how to make the coffee I selected... you're supposed to know that. He then asked if I wanted cream and sugar in my ice latte... He then tried to give me a half empty cup. Please see other locations. The day before that I order two signature lattes and neither had toppings. They charged me for it anyways.

Worst Dunkin experience ever. We were the 6th car in line and waited 45 minutes. We got our drinks first then had to wait But on food. The food was not hot at all when we got it and was wrong. We ordered a toasted everything bagel with plain cream cheese and a toasted plain bagel with strawberry cream cheese. Both bagels were cold and stale. The everything bagel had no cream cheese and the plain bagel had plain cream cheese and we had a side of strawberry cream cheese. The hash browns were good but cold and the apple fritter was over baked. Not sure why it took so long with everything being cold.

One of the most disorganized Dunkin locations I've seen, orders take forever, ordering 15 minutes ahead does not mean your order will be ready, even if it's just a coffee. I'm not sure if it's a staffing or management issue, but this needs to be addressed.

Today I stopped by to grab coffee and a breakfast sandwich. Very disappointing when at 8:30am you cannot get a breakfast sandwich because their english muffins and bagels are all frozen and not thawed out yet.

Ordered a dozen assorted donuts and 25 assorted munchkins and was told they were out of stock of all of it. A donut shop with no donuts???? Why be open at all?
If you’re a customer here don’t bother on trying to use the bathrooms. When they decide to clean them and you happen to be in the bathroom before they clean they will tell you to get out. This happened to my MINOR child when using the restroom.

I normally come here for my breakfast because it’s good, affordable and close to my job! TODAY I don’t know what was wrong with the manager who took my order through the speaker, she was rude, short, and her demeanor was just nasty!! Then once I got to the window and the lady realized who I was she tried to switch it up and be nice and tell me about a survey!!! Then the food was disgusting to match the disgusting vibes!! 0/10
