Horrible experience there this morning. Sat in line for over 30 mins with 6 cars in front of me. Cause once you commit in this line you’re unable to get out at a certain point. Got to the window and was given a melted iced coffee. Lady said sorry she would have to remake. Someone else yelled out I would have to pull to a parking space and they would bring it out. I asked did I really have to since I’ve waited in line already for so long and they said there was no other option. Meanwhile there is 6 of them running around in there. I asked for a refund nothing was said about it other than being told to pull up again. Pulled up and my husband went in and she wouldn’t even make the coffee just gave him a refund.

absolute worst dunking. placed my order online, got to the store, only 2 cars in front of me, and it took 10 minutes to get to the window, and my food wasn’t even ready by the time i got to the window. absolute laziness and worst service, and it’s not the first time, it’s happened, but it is the last. never come to this dunkin.
Shift manager today was butt cheeks, refused to make my meal, was rude and acted like he wanted to fight. Probably not that good of a fighter. Flabbergasted right now, in hindsight I feel bad for asking him to make my food so it probably worked out for the best for both of us.

You should try hiring people with good manners and some basic people skills who aren't miserable to be working and their hate out on customer.We are your customer we want to be treated with respect and not to be disrespectful.

Rude people working here have very nasty attitude. We were picking up an Uber Eats order and waited more than 10 minutes before finally blurting out our customer's name and was told curtly that they are not talking to us and instead are talking to a doordash driver who came in after us. If no laws protected them, they would have had a VERY bad day. Completely unacceptable behavior and the staff needs replacing.
