Best winter comfort food! Not to mention, the service is always friendly and efficient, no matter what time of day it is or who the server is. We're always greeted with a smile at the door & the place is nice and clean

Went there with a now son in law his brother a d my grandson for a meal before my daughter's wedding. The food was great the waitress was great. There was a small delay on my soup and my grandsons dish but the waitress made it up with a gift card without being asked. Will definitely be back

Not impressed at all. Floors were all sticky and nasty. The whole place kind of smells like a restroom. House salad was shredded lettuce with 4 tiny cherry tomatoes. Loaded bake potato soup did not have a single chunk of potato in it. I definitely won't be going back there.

They have great menu options, but food quality is not consistent with every visit (obviously it's not bad enough for me to stop going). When is good, though, it's really good! Their shrimp and grits are amazing! That's my food of choice when dining there. I have picky kids, and they seem to be able to find meals that make then happy, too.

The food was delicious however we received a different order, they allowed us to have that chicken and shrimp for the price of the crispy chicken that we ordered. The tea was just the right sweetness. Every one was very nice. The only thing was that server did not come often to check if we needed something.

The seats are uncomfortable. Place smells of sour dishwater. Food was just edible and service not that good.

This place has gone way way downhill in the last few years. The management is NOT good by any means, the food is just okay, and the clientele has gotten horrible. I honestly advise y’all to go elsewhere.

Delicious food so it was worth the wait. But it takes so very long for the food to come out compared to other restaurants. At one point, the staff was apologizing for the delay. Don't know what went wrong there.

Good food but it took us forever to get any kind of service. Then when we're finally did start getting food in, we were missing items that we ordered. I had to go seek service from a waitress that wasn't assigned to my area just to get things going.

service was exceptionally slow and the server was very slow with everything she did. We came here because the service is usually good and the food is usually out fast. They need new management before this place goes under.

Well first no hostess. Then when he came, we were walked all over restaurant, past many empty booths to be seated. When the waitress finally appeared, she kept apologizing for everything and said she was new and was on her second shift for the day because someone called in. The place was like a mausoleum. If we hadn't been so tired, we would have left. Don't go there. You'll just be disappointed. It used to be full of fun, laughter and good food. It will be out of business soon. I hope our waitress goes somewhere else, she was top notch and the only good thing going.

We went tonight to have supper. It took over 5 minutes for someone to come to the front to acknowledge that we were there and to seat us. Then we got a waitress after sitting there for 10 mins. She couldn't answer our questions about the Sunday special, that mind you was not a special anymore. Stopped serving at 6 and this was 6:35. Waitress took our order finally and 15 minutes later still no drinks, or rolls and was asked if she had taken our order yet. Needless to say we left and went to outback!

My husband and I called this location at 6:42pm. We were immediately put “on hold”. The guy who answered the phone did not hit the Mute button on the phone and set it down next to him (I assume) because we could still hear him using the f-word talking about how annoying customers are, how he hated his job and could not wait for his shift to end, all while laughing and cutting up with the people around him. We waited, listening for 10 minutes before hanging up and redialing because it became evident that he had forgotten about us. The second time we called was at 6:53pm. The phone rang continuously with no answer. We tried calling an additional 5 times over the course of 15 minutes. I no longer wanted to order anything. I was, and still am angry and want to talk to a manager but could not get through. I worked in a restaurant for 2 years before entering a career as a hairstylist (also a customer service industry). I have never and would never do that to a customer. I am very disappointed and this is the last straw for me. I was disappointed with my last dining experience at this location and the service we received. We were going to give it another try but I’m sad to say that I will no longer be doing business with this Fatz.
