this review is based on my regular visits for the past 3 or so years.
this firehouse location has been going down hill gradually and seems to have sped up in the past 6 months. might have some correlation to this pencil thin, ignorant, rude, high school drop out, etc lady that may be a manager here. just every time i go in and she’s there it’s 100% always been a bad experience.
she straight up yells (hence the rude) at customers aggressively, raises her voice disrespectfully to employees, and has provided awful service outside of customer service. she’s made me and another customer wait to start our orders while she left the store and directed another employee to “not worry about us” til she got back, presumably for a smoke break.
it just seems pretty coincidental when she’s working and huffing and puffing about the other customers and i are sitting waiting impatiently due to long wait times, in a messy, unswept restaurant. not sure if it’s her or what but it’s also too hot inside and makes everyone irritable including her probably.
on top of the dirty dining area, why i gotta use the bathroom lookin like this (see picture)

Fast friendly service with excellent quality food.
My latest order via Uber Eats encountered some issues after there was some confusion about the toppings relayed by the driver. However, the restaurant went the extra mile to make things right and get me the order as I’d requested it. I really appreciate them for making things right and being patient, even though they were not at fault. Great customer service!

expect your online order pickup time to have at least 20-30 minutes added to it. They are SO SLOW here.

I order the HOT brisket and as I appreciate the fast service it was just cold maybe room temperature at best it was only good because of flavor and they forgot the best part the pickle, my chili was fine though but for 21$ and looking forward to it from yesterday nah...The cashier that was there also didn't seem like she even wanted to be there and as working in the food industry myself ik it can be hectic and maybe tiresome if your slammed but only had 2 customers.
