Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

The manager obviously doesn’t know how to manage. I have been there 4 times in the past 2 months and they are always out of pickles. The employees are napping on the table. The employees just prop up and are just there. If it was my business I’d hire someone who can do the job. It could be a good place, but it is horribly managed.

I had ordered delicious steak burger which was so tasty, juicy, and delicious. The cashier was pleasant but did not ask if I needed napkins and though a drive thru was very dismissive. No problem as she was young, preoccupied with her own existence but has potential. Otherwise, employees need to realize that their demeanor and professionalism reflects on the company. I will move on and God's grace sustains me. Thanks and peace.

Worst burger I have ever had. It was more akin to burnt grease than a hamburger patty. It was so thin that the onion was thicker. And they had no soda. The tables were dirty and sticky.

Food is what was expected but very salty. Maybe if I ask for no seasoning on the burger it would be better. The place was very clean. Impressive really. We were there late and clean up had started. A female employee stopped another employee from cleaning around us. I was impressed. I hate smelling cleaning stuff while trying to eat. Over all good experience. I do have one gripe. There was an employee literally laying down in a booth and appeared to be sleeping. She was actually reading her phone, but So trashy. I would never have allowed that and I’m surprised they did.

Visited the restaurant in Irmo, SC on Broad River Rd. They were having issues with grease backup and the employees were using a plunger to unclog the trap while another one would put a cup in the other drain to dip out the buildup. Didn't think they should have been doing so with customers there eating, very unsanitary. I could not finish my meal. The kitchen floor was saturated in whatever it was coming out of the drain which could have been a fall risk for anyone due to employees walking back and forth. My husband ordered the grilled cheese burger which was suppose to be on French bread but was given a bun with one side flopped inside out. When asked he was told they were out of the bread.

Several times we have been there and they forget to give all the food. Today didn't get any adult drinks(2) and missing 3 kids fries and when you call you get hung up. I was only one in drive thru so I can understand being busy. I see why no one is ever here. Never again.

Everything is always hot and delicious. They always get our order right, and rarely do you have to wait very long. Place has always been great. Best fast food joint around.

The food was hot and delicious but the “concrete” was hot too and couldn’t even be considered a milkshake, it was slightly below room temp milk

I’m pretty disappointing when you arrive at 9:08pm, start ordering and are told that they are all out of fries….but open until 10pm.

Asked for no cheese repeatedly on my burger and when I got home there is cheese on my burger. Way too much mustard on my wife’s burger literally dripping . The fries were dumped upside down on the bag . Usually they are pretty good but not this time.
