It was my first time eating at Freddys. The food was OK but particularly impressive. I do think they need to improve on cleanliness. The tray on which I was served was visibly dirty (think blackened ground in grease) and tacky to the touch. Some of the kitchen staff did not have on hair containing hats or nets and the outside of the building was visibly dirty. Outside the service window was black and coated with? I am disappointed and will not be returning

I love freddys and its time i gave them they’re flowers not one time that Ive been there and my food wasn’t hot or the order was wrong or the employees were rude never and i love them for that good service is hard to find nowadays and they have it all i went there 10 minutes to closing last night and they still gave me A1 service food was hot and customer service was great S/O to the young teens last night that were working i really appreciate yall and it does not go unnoticed...

Pretty good! Great service but they forgot some of my ice cream toppings! I wish the eat just tried to get it right.. it was only one ice cream. That’s all, not like it was 6 different ice creams. I was the only one in line and I ordered one ice cream. So I figure it should be right..
