I never have issues with the food only with the service. They forgot to put my brownie in with my order. I called back, and the cashier remembered and apologized. Told me she would write my name down, just return at my convenience to pick it up, I told her I would bring my receipt as well. I'm not sure if she forgot to write it down or if the cashier on duty that night just wanted to hassle me about a brownie for $3.29. So many questions even after I had my receipt present and had given it to her. (Do i know who i spoke to, what day was it /all that information is on the receipt ma'm) It was very uncomfortable and made me feel as if they assumed I was lying to get a free brownie. Such an unnecessary hassle for a mistake I was not responsible for!
