This is the second time we've visited this store and were unhappy. My husband came in tonight and purchased two hot subs #42 & #43. The sandwiches were terrible. He asked for extra Chipotle and both sandwiches were bone dry. The bread was hard the meat was cold and hard. It appeared all younger adults were working. He stated they were playing and cracking jokes. Not too focused on the customers. This use to be my FAVORITE Jersey Mikes. However the service level has dropped. There's normally an older lady that works there and she make sure everything is going the way it should. But we have not seen her I guess she MADE the difference.

August 4,2025 4:30 pm As I placed my order, I noticed a worker come from the back area. She had tissue in her hand and she was blowing her nose. She dropped the tissue in the trash and did not wash her hands, but was getting ready to dress my sandwich. I immediately called her out and another young lady who appeared to be in charge asked what was going on,to which I explained to her that the young lady just blew her nose and did not wash her hands. The worker just stood there staring at me like she didn’t understand the importance of hand washing and the sanitary ethics of serving food… so the lady who had sliced my meat told her to go in the back and wash her hands good. She stood there with a crazy, huh, expression on her face and she said again go in the back and wash your hands good. So what this tells me is that you are not teaching your employees the importance of keeping your hands clean and sanitary. How disgusting!! The young lady who appeared to be in charge said, she probably just forgot. That’s not an acceptable excuse!! I am disgusted and might never come back to this shop.

I have been a loyal customer of Jersey Mike's for over 25 years. I have NEVER had a horrible experience like I had tonight. It was the Worst customer service ever. I was told the girl who was fixing my sandwich name is Shonta!! Shonta has a horrible attitude . I asked for a wrap number 8. The tomatoes on the line were wilted and very old. It look like it was maybe 8 slices of wilted tomatoes. All I asked Shonta if that's her real name,was could I get the fresh tomatoes in the back. This angry girl goes off and slams the knife down . She then tells the other lady to fix my sandwich. It was the worst service ever!! If Shonta has other issues in her life that's making her so angry she needs to seek help. It was absolutely NO reason for her to be so nasty. I will Not return to this location however I will contact the district manager in the morning. Shonta will run all the business away with her nasty,mean and hateful attitude.
