Ordered online for pick up. Realized it was gonna be ready way before I could get there. Called to cancel (immediately after placing the order when I realized the time) was told I had to download the app to cancel or go to the website (which is a dumbass business decision). Tried to do that it didn't work the server was down or something I don't know. Called customer service they said that it was already being processed and the order was almost completed and couldn't be cancelled. Which is nuts cause I just told the store I was gonna cancel it so why are they still making it.(This is within 10 minutes of ordering) Whatever that's fine. Customer service said that if at the end of the night someone hadn't picked up the order they'd refund me. Finally got to the store deciding to go through the drive thru and realized it was gonna be a long wait. Went in and decided to ask about my first order and they said they hadn't even started it. Why the hell couldn't I cancel it then?. At that point it had been over an hour since I ordered. What is going on?

Extremely unprofessional staff on 4/1/25. I ordered my food through the KFC mobile app, which showed that it would be ready at 5:30 PM. I arrived at 5:30 PM, only to be told that all chicken orders had to be cooked, and a 30-minute wait would be required. I asked for a refund, but was told no and that I need to sit down. Hopefully KFC corporate can provide better training for staff at this location.

Was surprised how good they were somebody is doing something right best KFC I've had since the 70s awesome Biscuits ,mashed potatoes and gravy , mac n cheese , chicken fingers perfectly done not dry , crispy but tender fried chicken pieces ,chicken breast The , macaroni creamy and cheesey

The food here is nasty, chicken is old and dry biscuits are hard as rock could break a tooth. Oil that the chicken is cooked in is always old and nasty. I would not recommend eating here unless you want bad food, bad services and horrible employees. This store needs a complete rehaul on everything. I will never go back again. This is the third time this has happened to me and my family. They won't get another chance from me.

Went Back After A Number Of Years To See It Had Improved It Had Not , Chicken Was Greasy And had Been Cooked In Old Grease Again And Chicken Was Extremely Small For What It Was Suppose To Be Got A 16 Piece No Drinks Just The Dinner Paid $50.16 Got Home And Had Absolutey Been Sitting For A Long Time After waiting For About 25 minutes Before They Brought It Outside ,What A Shame Will Definitely Not Be A Customer Again !!!!

Food was reheated a few times taste. Had 2 pieces of Bites of chicken in the famous bowl. Haven't had in a while. Was very disappointed.

ETA-Came today 11-24 around 230pm, female workers yes there was more than one in there, in bathroom messing around while everyone is waiting for food 15+ minutes l finally got my food and it was old- idc how convenient this kfc is, my family will not spend another penny at this location and I urge everyone else to avoid it too.

First review: It never fails, there is legit every time a long wait here. 2 meals, ordered ahead onljne and it was supposed to be done over 10 mins ago. My drinks were given to me and they are getting watery at this point. NOONE ELSE IN LINE and still told to pull up

Not a great experience. The drive through team struggled to figure out how to use the mics. Once we managed to place an order (sandwich and tenders) we were told to just pull up a bit and wait. 20min later (and two more waiting cars) they brought out our order. Didn't include any straws or napkins so I had to go inside myself to grab those. The whole time the staff was yelling at each other and acting like it was a bother to be interacting with customers.

The sandwich was way over cooked; stringy, dry, and just way over salted. The tenders were cooked better but still way over seasoned, screamed of nothing but black pepper. The fries were fine.

If I have to wait 20min for a sandwich I expect it to be not terrible.

Placed an order for delivery. It was completely wrong. Returned it to the store. Workers swearing at the manager when she asked them to do something, same employee whom dropped tongs then picked them up and continued using them. Employees on dirty cell phones while completing orders. Employee in hoody uses bathroom doesn't wash hands and continues to work.
