Tried to order food to go around 8pm ? on Sunday. Noticed when I arrived my online order says it wasn’t paid . I ask the person at the window about it and was told yeah they quit taking orders around 8 bc they close at 9. Went to Dominos instead.. they were happy to take my order.

We used to come to this location regularly. But stopped because the food in service kept getting worse and worse. We decided today to go through and get a couple lunch combos. I regret that. It took several minutes for someone to even acknowledge that we were there. The food was terrible. Very overcooked and dried out. There was hardly any sauce it was just blah. I had hoped that they had gotten better, but apparently not.

I’ve been going to this location for a really long time it has gone downhill in recent months I don’t know who you got back there but they are making the pizza all wrong underdone I got a deep dish it wasn’t crispy I highly doubt they used the right dough it was under cooked this is not the first time I had a deep dish that was this way from this location very disappointed until this location gets new people in the kitchen or new management I will not be back for a while.I never really want to give negative reviews but it’s one time to many this location has gotten it wrong the main issue I’ve been having the last couple time I’ve gotten a pizza is it’s undercooked please try to fix this issue because it it’s a problem I hope to be back when it’s better.
This place is always out of pizza. I don’t know if it’s just poor management or what. Pizza quality varies with wind direction. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere.

Went to Little Caesar’s in Irmo, SC for Veterans Day free lunch special, got there at 2:02pm, due to waiting in line. Asked for the free lunch special and was told it ended at 2. I said, I thats 2 minutes ago. Sorry sir it ended at 2….. So I said well can I buy it then, and he said sure. So I said if I can buy it then you should give it to me free for Veterans Day. He said, sorry my Manager is really strict, so No. so apparently Veterans are appreciated there but only when it’s convenient to them. I go there, well I was going there once a week to get pizza and Italian cheese bread. But no more, I told them I would light them up on social media and he just laughed in my face. This place is not nice to Veterans!!

Had a small sharp black plastic piece in my wing, wrong sauce on pizza, salt on pretzel crust tasted weird. Went to lick the grease off my hand and immediately had a gross almost bleach taste hit my tongue. This location has gone extremely downhill.

Elizabeth was so sweet! Usually I dread going to anywhere fast food like because every employee seems to have an attitude all the time but she was so pleasant and kind. She was sweet to every customer she interacted with including my son. She makes this place shine bright!
