I have always had a positive experience with Marcos. Tonight I called in an order and was told it would be 30 minutes until delivery. My pizzas arrived after an hour and 30 minutes and the pizza was cold! Very disappointed!!!
I get Marcos often and I love it for the pricing and the service but I just stopped to get a hot sandwich from this location and while the bread and cheese was warm, the inside of it was freezing cold. Like if they had just left it out at room temp for an hour it would be warmer. It isn’t a huge deal especially considering the great price but it seems like this is a recurring issue judging from other reviews and it would be great if yall could do something about it. Great service and prices though. The lady at the front desk on register was very attentive and kind

Over 2 hours for delivery and order was incorrect

Ordered my 2 babies pizza two hours ago still havent got it and it cost over 60 bucka for a small and large. No food but out money. I loved this place but never again. Ive been on hold idk how long and no one answers!! Called multiple times

Placed online order at 730 am for 5 pm delivery same day. Never received email confirmation, so called around 415 pm to verify Marcos had order. Was told they had the order and it should be delivered around 5 pm. At 520 pm, no pizza, so called Marcos to check and see if delivery person was on the way, however was placed on hold NEVER to be returned to again. Tried several more times to contact Marcos and was immediately placed on hold each time. Received a text from Door Dash at 724 pm to let me know that my pizzas were out for delivery. Pizzas were actually delivered at 745 pm (2 hours and 45 minutes late!)
Marcos, this is terrible customer service and completely unacceptable! I will take my business elsewhere!

I had one of the worst restaurant experiences I’ve ever had here. It took over two hours just to get a simple pizza. When it finally came out, the pizza was burnt — and they had to remake it after I had already been waiting for more than an hour.
The entire place felt completely unorganized and chaotic. Staff seemed confused, and their ordering system wasn’t even working properly — tickets weren’t printing right, so they had no idea whose order was next or how long people had been waiting.
After such a long and frustrating wait, I was absolutely unsatisfied. I really wanted to like this place, but the lack of communication, organization, and basic customer care made this experience unacceptable.

Me and my family order pizza today for dinner and the delivery wrote on the box and it said “gas ain’t cheap tip next time “ mind you we gave them a 3.00 tip that is extremely unprofessional

I have been going here for years and last week has been the first time that i have actually had bad food. The meat lover was to salty and the deluxe lacked something that didnt feel like Marcos.

My family ordered a pizza, cheesy bread, and cinnasquares for a Friday night meal. Along with that, we ordered two pizza sauces and a ranch cup (which were clearly listed on our receipt). When we got home, none of the sauces were included. Not even the one that normally comes with cheesy bread, which is strange.
We called the store, and while the manager credited us $3.27 for the missing cups, we were told we would still need to drive back to pick them up ourselves. After just doing a carry-out order, this was frustrating and poor customer service on Marco’s behalf. Mistakes happen, but it would have been nice if the order had been double-checked before completion, or if the store offered to make it right in a more customer-friendly way.
The credit was appreciated and that’s why I’m giving this review 3 stars, but Marco’s really missed the mark here.

I ordered a pizza for delivery on their website at 5:30. I’m sitting here and it’s after 7 PM and still no pizza. They use DoorDash to deliver and my DoorDash driver just told me that they forgot to make my second pizza so they’re now making it. Tried to call the store and got no answer. I should get a refund because now my first pizza is gonna be cold because it’s been sitting there for an hour.

Food arrived an hour and a half late (we live 15 minutes away), pizzas arrived made incorrectly and cold, delivery driver didnt knock or ring doorbell just left pizzas on doorstep, customer service argued with my dad for an entire hour just for trying to get a refund or discount, refused him a discount and was only offered him store credit
I work customer service and am usually very understanding and forgiving about these things, I know how it goes and I understand there can be complications, miscommunications, and hold ups, but this was an absolutely ridiculous experience and we will not be buying from here again

Food was mostly good, but the service was terrible. About 35min after I ordered, when it was set to arrive, they called me saying I couldn't use cash so I had to pay over the phone. Then they said it would arrive in 35 MORE minutes, meaning they hadn't even started on my order yet. About 40min later, a Dasher arrived with my order of a pepperoni pizza and cheese bread that wasn't even cut.

Chandler is amazing. Im not from here ordered a large two topping to be delivered. Got two extra topping on it. He literally was super sweet and hooked us up. He needs a raise, wish i would have been able to tip him but a google review totally goes way further than a few bucks. Highly recommend this place. Great service. Great pizza! Delicious.

On Friday night I was just getting off work at 8pm called to place order they had me on hold for 17 minutes before the phone hung up normally I wouldn’t care but I was coming from downtown and just wanted pizza for kids I had to past Marcos anyway but it was storming so bad in irmo I just went straight home so we just had cereal for the night customer service needs to be better
