This is the 2nd time I’ve ordered from this Marco’s in the past few months & the same issues. The order was over 30 minutes late, delivered by a Door Dasher, who was just plain rude & the food was warm, not hot. The sub was just thrown together & not even sure how tgey cut it. The pizza was very tasty though.
Had a business meeting seminar and we ordered a few pizzas. Delivered on time and the pizzas were really tasty. First time having a Marcos pizza and I enjoyed the flavor of the pie
We have been reaching out for over a week about my husbands last check. HR is ignoring us and so is his boss. I don't want to go this route but don't have any other options. Please quit ignoring people and solve your problems so people don't have to go to the internet to solve their problems!!
I always order delivery. The food is fantastic and they are fast with their deliveries. Love Marco’s.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!! Order placed at 4:56 PM. Received an email at 5:44 saying it had been delivered. Called at 5:49 and finally talked to someone at 5:53 and was told it is a glitch and that meant that is when it was sent out for delivery. Was told 4 deliveries and would be there soon. Called AGAIN at 6:26 PM - an HOUR AND A HALF after ordering and 40 minutes after is supposedly left and was told the same garbage as before. Got here cold and lousy. Total waste of money and really regretting giving any tip.

If I could give zero stars I would. Received a delivery for pizza meat bowls and got cheese bowls with no meat. $40 for cheese bowls that were greasy. Called the store and they didn't give a crap. Do Not buy from here. Save your hard earned money and go somewhere else. Our family will never eat at Marcos again.

Something has definitely changed recently, the last few times I have ordered the *cheesy* bread has been more like bread with a thin cheese topping. Also we have paid for an extra garlic sauce and still only get 1, EVERYTIME! And this was my favorite pizza place, I recommended it to guests at my work all the time but will probably stop now.

At 6:47 pm, I placed an online order with this location, and the confirmation page displayed my estimated delivery was 40-45 minutes. At 6:52 pm, an updated email cited my order was in the oven. At 6:59 pm, an updated email cited my pizza was ready. At 7:29 pm, the status changed that my pizza was on the way, and at 7:45 pm, my pizza was delivered. At 7:52 pm, I called the store and was placed on hold for approximately 3 minutes before speaking with the cashier about my food being delivered cold. She then placed me on hold and got a manager.
Megan takes over the call and I will explained to her that my delivery order was cold and I requested a credit for a future order or a refund given the timing of my family and I eating dinner relatively late (on a school night); we would have to deal with it, but I requested a fair accommodation for the poor quality of their food. Megan patronized me with the “Unfortunately…”. She explained that my order was delivered "as promised" (7:25 pm was the first time she said), then she changed it up and said the driver delivered at 7:35 pm. Megan said, “It was delivered as promised,” and “Unfortunately, there’s not anything I could do about it.” Megan continued to state she was “happy to remake the order.” Still, she would need "at least half of the order returned" to her to remake it. (Note the lateness in the evening mentioned above). I reviewed my video alarm to check the delivery time, and it was stamped for 7:44 pm. I mentioned this to Megan, and she defensively told me about a “margin of error” with the time but restated the delivery was made as promised and “unfortunately,” there was not much she could do aside from remaking the order.
It’s important to note, that I called the store calm and cooperative and only sought a compromise that was fair to me as the customer who was displeased with the service but also cognizant to have two pizzas, cheese bread, and dessert made and delivered back to me would only push my family’s dinner time back. For me, the customer, this was not a convenient option. But at minimum, a credit for a future pizza would have been appreciated. As I was preparing to indicate this inconvenience and that I would not order from this location again, Megan decided to run her gums an extra mile and say, “Had you called in sooner when the driver left, then I may have had a little wiggle room.”
At this point, I’m shocked and disrespected because how dare she blame me for my pizza (that her staff made in a store, not at my home) being cold and unenjoyable!?! I expressed to Megan that I did not call in with a complaint about THEIR quality of food that was not satisfactory for me to be blamed for not “calling in sooner.” This is what’s missing in customer service these days. ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY. I inquired about the store manager’s name and made it clear Shawn could expect to see me in the store tomorrow. I hung up because that was utterly unacceptable from a “manager.” She needs professional coaching!

Horrible customer service and nasty food. The staff has changed and so has the quality of their food.
I have been ordering from this location for over 4 years since I moved back to the area. I get pizza for my children once or twice a month. I ordered cheesy bread and it was all bread with a tiny amount of cheese. I asked for a refund and they refused but wanted to remake the item. I’m very funny about sending food back and I wasn’t going to eat anything from there again after that. One of the staff told me to have a goodnight with antagonistic sarcasm.
I will not order from here again. Buyer beware!!!

Know Marcos from local town. We are traveling and wanted something familiar. Order and get quote an hour. Fair for a sat night. Pizza showed ready after 30 min. No update. I call after an hour. Get told my order is ready.. I clarify it's a delivery they tell me "waiting on delivery" I hang up and then the tracker says it's out for delivery. I foolish pre tipped this order. Still waiting.

First time to eat Marco's Pizza. It was great!!! Flavorful, great crusts, unique pizza options and toppings, and other items on menu as well. Just as great was being greeted and served (order placement) by Shawn (Manager). Shawn's welcoming, engaging way of interacting with me and other customers has me thinking Shawn should be tapped to train folks company-wide about exemplary customer service, engagement, making suggestions, answering questions, even upsells .... That is not at all a comment about the conduct of other Marco's Pizza employees as I didn't engage with others. However, Shawn provided such excellent customer service from the moment I walked in the door until I walked out with my pizzas that Marco's (corporate office) should take notice and replicate that!!!
