I ordered a pizza for delivery on their website at 5:30. I’m sitting here and it’s after 7 PM and still no pizza. They use DoorDash to deliver and my DoorDash driver just told me that they forgot to make my second pizza so they’re now making it. Tried to call the store and got no answer. I should get a refund because now my first pizza is gonna be cold because it’s been sitting there for an hour.

Food arrived an hour and a half late (we live 15 minutes away), pizzas arrived made incorrectly and cold, delivery driver didnt knock or ring doorbell just left pizzas on doorstep, customer service argued with my dad for an entire hour just for trying to get a refund or discount, refused him a discount and was only offered him store credit
I work customer service and am usually very understanding and forgiving about these things, I know how it goes and I understand there can be complications, miscommunications, and hold ups, but this was an absolutely ridiculous experience and we will not be buying from here again

Food was mostly good, but the service was terrible. About 35min after I ordered, when it was set to arrive, they called me saying I couldn't use cash so I had to pay over the phone. Then they said it would arrive in 35 MORE minutes, meaning they hadn't even started on my order yet. About 40min later, a Dasher arrived with my order of a pepperoni pizza and cheese bread that wasn't even cut.

Chandler is amazing. Im not from here ordered a large two topping to be delivered. Got two extra topping on it. He literally was super sweet and hooked us up. He needs a raise, wish i would have been able to tip him but a google review totally goes way further than a few bucks. Highly recommend this place. Great service. Great pizza! Delicious.

On Friday night I was just getting off work at 8pm called to place order they had me on hold for 17 minutes before the phone hung up normally I wouldn’t care but I was coming from downtown and just wanted pizza for kids I had to past Marcos anyway but it was storming so bad in irmo I just went straight home so we just had cereal for the night customer service needs to be better

Terrible delivery service. Don't count on them to deliver a pizza within a reasonable time frame. I called an hour after my order and the pizza had been sitting around for a while. The person on the phone seemed to have no idea what was going on.

Pizza? delivery ?? What up? Pizza delivered all messed up. Is that because I had the nerve to call after 35 minutes and ask why I couldn’t see that our pizza was bing constructed yet? Did the driver take a turn too fast? What?
Never had a pizza delivered in this bad of shape before. And not hot?? Hopefully this is a fluke, but I’ll think twice before my next order…. Especially since I’m posting this review with photos.

Waited over 30 minutes to pick up a delivery order because there was only one person working the store. Props to Madilyn (hopefully I spelled her name right) because Marcos definitely doesn’t deserve such a dedicated worker if this is how they run their stores. This young lady was doing it all without complaint. Not only was she running circles taking orders and filling them without a second to spare to even take a sip of water but she was also ensuring that each and every order was done right and of the best quality.

They are always short staffed, no drivers, and can’t get the orders right. I got my notification that my pizza was on the way then 15 minutes later it was assigned to DoorDash for delivery. After DoorDash delivered half of my order, food was cold. I had to call back up there and tell them to send the other half of my order. This is not the first, second, or third time Marco’s has messed up. Think it’s time to find another pizza joint.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND MARCO’S on Lake Murray Blvd in Irmo. Do better or close your doors.

Ordered off door dash and it gives you a sauce selection red or white we picked white and the lady who made our pizza put red and white sauce on it door dash wouldn’t refund us and I had to go back to the store where the girl explained to me that on her system it showed both and I had to call a different Marcos and explain what happened and they said just as if you were getting a thin crust pizza it would show crust type - thin pizza sauce - white. It doesn’t even let you not pick red sauce because I didn’t have it checked implying no red sauce. It was highly annoying having to go back and forth to the store at 9 when we ordered at 7 and didn’t get to eat our pizza till 9:30 not to mention I have 6 kids and it was their bed time so everything was messed up as a result of this employee not making our pizza right in the first place.
Both of our sandwiches were cold and dried out.. had a beef Philly and a grilled chicken sub. They were so awful we couldn't eat them. Waste of money. The last time we ordered they sent it to the wrong house. And then they sent me another sub with mushrooms on it when they were told I was allergic to mushrooms. I guess it's time for me to move on somewhere else. I hate it but the service is awful.

This is the 2nd time I’ve ordered from this Marco’s in the past few months & the same issues. The order was over 30 minutes late, delivered by a Door Dasher, who was just plain rude & the food was warm, not hot. The sub was just thrown together & not even sure how tgey cut it. The pizza was very tasty though.
