Nothing crazy in atmosphere, but the food was excellent. Service was quick and accurate. Easy in and out of restaurant is also a plus.

It was only our 2nd time there. There were 2 of us, a birthday party and another table. We waited almost 45 minutes for our food. When I received my food my order was wrong so I had to wait for them to fix my plate. When I got my food back the brisket and bush puppies were cold. It was really disappointing and not worth $17 for my plate.

Went here 4 times with my family. First time very good (brisket especially) - then next three times they are always sold out of brisket , ribs , so on. This time out of “everything”. Done rolling the dice on this place

This place was a tradition for us every year when we passed through town. Maybe we got there on a bad day, but the food was just not good. The bbq was sparce and room temp at best. I couldn’t even eat the coleslaw, it tasted like dish soap. The server and staff seemed really nice though. The food was a real let down, especially since we were so looking forward to it.

Everytime I'm driving i26 upto Asheville I make a point to stop here, as it's good!!! Very flavorful brisket and they have picnic tables outside which is nice to take break enjoy lunch
