Every drive thru order with more than 3 items WILL be missing something. This is 100% consistent. Today it was a big mac. This is also the slowest McDs drive thru in the entire Columbia area. The people taking the orders and taking payment are usually fine, though sometimes you'll sit in an empty drive thru for 3 minutes before you're even acknowledged. Every other part of the process is pathetically bad.

Made me wait for half fresh, half inedible fries, nuggets were hard, old and tasted funky. I was goin to go back to get fries replaced since I talked to the manager but then tried the nuggets and was too p.oed to return, food was embarrassing. deleted the app which I should’ve done before ordering

That lady with the beard is always playing with her voice at the intercom so you don't know whether or not to say yes ma'am or sir. Maybe she enjoys playing on the intercom anyways the food is usually made correctly. The mens bathroom is kind nasty and the stalls on the wall do not have dividers in between them so that weird as well because this isn't a truck stop. I assume management isn't concerned with the bathrooms.

Asked for no pickle and no onion, girl didn’t even let me finish my order before telling me to pull through! Got my drink order wrong and gave me the wrong size fries, both people working were very young very rude girls playing on their phone!

DT Busy or not busy, any time of day, they don’t ask you to wait until you’ve already been sitting for a few minutes wondering why they’re taking so long to take your order, at least immediately tell the customer you’ll be right with them!! Food is meh, not always fresh

Always have the worst attitude and don't even give you what you ordered. Especially with this limited edition meals, take your money and don't give you the collectable and don't say a word about it

Rude staff and even worse service. After waiting 15+ minutes for cheeseburgers, I decided to walk in. The girl in the front argued with me that I set my pickup for counter even though the ticket on the bag said curbside. She told me I never marked that I was there even though the app said someone was bringing my order out to spot 3. Then proceeded to tell me that it would have notified them if I had marked it that I was there and proceeded to laugh as I walked away. It would appear there are some reading comprehension problems there. If she doesn’t know how to interact with customers then maybe she should be in a different role or not in customer service at all.
