I’m not sure how you can give me a burger with no meat patty on it but that’s just crazy🤦🏻♀️ very disappointing site to get home ready to eat and bite into a burger with no patty👎🏻
The line at this location is always wrapped around the building and they always get your order wrong. I placed an online order and told them that is was wrong and was giving an attitude by management because of the cook mistake.
If you won't ketchup packs or mustard packs or any kind of packs they will charge you for them all the other McDonald's don't charge you
NEVER go to the drive through!!! It was so bad we stopped going. Figured we would try one more time after a 6 month hiatus…..screwed it up again this morning then had the stupidity to argue with me when their own receipt showed I was right. Staff is rude when confronted with mistakes and it wasn’t just me with issues. No way you’re worth $15/ hour. I welcome the time for a fully automated store!!

Hair in food
My daughter always picks McDonald's for our dinner dates and boy is the Ballentine location great. The staff is so friendly the place is very clean and the food is so hot and fresh you have to wait few minutes before eating. It's truly a very enjoyable date with my daughter and it's bc the staff actually cares. Thank you to the staff!!!!

Asked for a steak and egg muffin. It was rung up as a biscuit. We I got up to the window and I asked them to change it it to muffin like I originally ordered. Then he gave me my bag of food and when I opened it it was a bagel.😑 At no point did I even say the word bagel. Service was very disappointing.

I went here at about 11:30. Their hours for Sunday are 6 am - 11 pm for dining. We were knocking for 30 minutes, and we saw workers inside. They saw us and completely ignored us. Then, we saw a worker walking in through the kitchen exterior door. We told him that the doors were locked, and he said okay. (We thought he would fix the issue BIT HE DID NOT). Then, a different worker passed the door to go into the restroom. HE SAW US!! Again, completely ignored. Then, we went through the drive through and complained after we got our food. Their excuse was that they were short staffed. Who cares if you are short staffed? The times posted on the door are lying to customers. Also, you would think that a worker would come out and tell us the reason why the doors were locked instead of leaving us outside banging on the door for so long. Also, I was reading other reviews, and apparently this happened to several other guests. Very bad customer service!!! It should not matter if they are short staffed for customers to sit down and enjoy their meals.

We stopped for the restroom and a snack. Even though we stood at the counter for a while, it was unmanned and no one ever came to take our order. They all seemed to be working on the drive through orders and paid no attention to us at all.
After several minutes we just left and went somewhere else.
