The restaurant was clean. The atmosphere was Grinch gorgeous. The fries and nuggets were hot and fresh. The mcdouble was sloppy. The cashier was very friendly and helpful in deciding our order.

Supposed to bring food to your table. Another customer had to tell us our food was ready. Why does the stupid table card say they will bring your food to your table? Also I want aanninvitr to your Christmas party since I had tonwaitnon myself including the ordering.

Never once we ordered on a drive thru that the food are complete or correct. We have to always stop first before leaving to make sure what we have. This morning since we are on a rush, we got biscuits instead of muffins and wrong cold drink and missing hot choco.

Drink fountains down and there was no compensation for it. Was not able to get a refill for the drink that I paid extra for on top of that. Slow service. Manager was rude and did not listen to requests. Dirty tables and floor. People there in the restaurant were interesting , but no reflective of the restaurant itself. Order also was not even right.

Has been told for months that the frappe machine is broke. Then asked yesterday if they were ever going to fix it and was told that it cost 4k and the general manager said it was to much and he won't fix it. Stop being cheap . You have to spend money to make money. My wife would probably buy 4k worth of frappe a year alone if it was working. Do better!

Just wow. My first time going to a McDonald's in years. Needed something quick and easy. Ordered 2 unsweet teas, 1 quarter pounder with cheese combo, and 3 piece chicken tenders combo. FIRST, they got the drinks wrong. Then asked me to pull forward, I assumed because they had to make the chicken. 15 minutes later, I get my bag, in which the employee confirmed what I ordered. When I got home.... no chicken..... cautionary tale to say that even if they confirm your order... after waiting 15 minutes.... go through the bag. Needless to say, last time they will have my business.
