Asked for a steak and egg muffin. It was rung up as a biscuit. We I got up to the window and I asked them to change it it to muffin like I originally ordered. Then he gave me my bag of food and when I opened it it was a bagel.😑 At no point did I even say the word bagel. Service was very disappointing.

I went here at about 11:30. Their hours for Sunday are 6 am - 11 pm for dining. We were knocking for 30 minutes, and we saw workers inside. They saw us and completely ignored us. Then, we saw a worker walking in through the kitchen exterior door. We told him that the doors were locked, and he said okay. (We thought he would fix the issue BIT HE DID NOT). Then, a different worker passed the door to go into the restroom. HE SAW US!! Again, completely ignored. Then, we went through the drive through and complained after we got our food. Their excuse was that they were short staffed. Who cares if you are short staffed? The times posted on the door are lying to customers. Also, you would think that a worker would come out and tell us the reason why the doors were locked instead of leaving us outside banging on the door for so long. Also, I was reading other reviews, and apparently this happened to several other guests. Very bad customer service!!! It should not matter if they are short staffed for customers to sit down and enjoy their meals.

We stopped for the restroom and a snack. Even though we stood at the counter for a while, it was unmanned and no one ever came to take our order. They all seemed to be working on the drive through orders and paid no attention to us at all.

After several minutes we just left and went somewhere else.

Love that Mocha Frappe! It is Mc D's. Mostly consistent... affordable...best reward phone app...love free stuff. No atmosphere it is the GOLDEN ARCH...still affordable and reliable for quick drink or snack

Says they open at 6am. Doors were locked. I knocked on the door and was just ignored. To this picture at 610 am if a worker on their phone. Not sure what this location is doing, but I’ve seen other reviews of people complaining they don’t open when they’re supposed to, and that they shut down the restaurant before closing time. Disappointing to say the least.

Most delicious breakfast sandwich! Hot and juicy! I love the sausage egg and cheese McGriddle! I used my app and paid 2.20 for it. Worth it for sure! Everyone was so respectful and had manners. I am usually not a review person, but it was just THAT GOOD 😀

If trying to go for breakfast early on a weekday don't bother. It's a crap shoot whether they will actually be open. Aug 15, I drive up to the window at 6:24am and they say sorry we're not open, yet all of the lights are on and for all outward appearnaces they are. When you've already placed your order on the app this is very frustrating as McDonald's doesn't allow you to cancel an order. This has happened several times in the last several months, particularly on Thursdays. This location is poorly run and should have its franchise rights revoked. Funny that the Chik Fil A across the road has 15 people working there and cars backed up to the road. That's how it should be done.

Absolutely love this location! My friend Franco will always set you up with a Starbucks dupe with the iced coffee. He is wonderful. Customer service with him is FLAWLESS. He needs a raise.
