Mingos Cookies & Bubble Tea

I appreciate them reaching out and refunding us after an order malfunction!

Went in today and got 4 cookies that cost $25. They advertise 4 pack cookies for $15. The lady at the counter said they were having a special today 4 pack was $11.... asked her how my total was so much above the special & the advertise price she couldn't even explain why I paid an additional $3 per cookie on top of the special price. The cookies were supposed to be warm and they weren't. I do not reccomend.

Came into this shop for the very first time. These cookies are way better than crumble cookies which by the way are overloaded in sugar. There cookies here aren't super sweet, they are very moist, delicious flavors to choose from. Scarlet & Avery served us and they have great customer service and hospitality. They knew all the flavors to the T. Sweet, friendly ladies. Thank you I'll be coming back for sure.

I am a frequent patron of this establishment and have consistently enjoyed the food and desserts. However, my most recent order was extremely disappointing.

The cookies appeared to have been left out for an extended period, and despite my request to have them heated, they were not. The icing on both cookies was hard.
Furthermore, the service provided by the male staff member on 4/10/25 did not meet the standards I have come to expect from Mingos. Specifically, the milk tea was not properly shaken, resulting in powder on the top of the cup. The milkshake was also lacking whipped cream and extra drizzle.

We always receive great service at Mingos, but last night stands out! (3/4/25) Took our daughter out for her birthday celebration, and the individual working last night went above and beyond to provide my daughter with special care. It was so sweet to see her day be boosted in such a way. Thank you for the great and loving service! We will continue to refer your business!

Our first time there today. The girls serving were great! Definitely put off with the witch cartoon on the tv. Understand it’s ‘the season’ but not comfortable with the dialogue on tv about witch school and casting spells. Maybe tone down the witch cookies, flyers and t.v. and concentrate more on the pumpkins and fall. ?☝️

We got such a warm welcome from the two girls working here. They were so nice and made us feel very comfortable. And the place is so cozy plus the cookies and boba were very good. I wish I could give them an extra star for excellent service.

We stopped here on a whim. It was our first visit and the young guys working the store were very helpful instructions is on how the ordering worked. The drinks were really good and there's hundreds of combinations. The cookies were really good, very, very sweet. The atmosphere was fun and welcoming. We'd go back again for sure.
