Moe's is pretty similar to Qdoba or Chipotle; we like their bowls and you get quite a bit of food for your money. The staff were kind of rude at this location, but otherwise our experience was fine.

They ask you for a tip when you go to pay. And they have it setup where you have to go through extra menus on the card reader if you don't want to tip. If you won't tip they act unpleasant -- no "thank you," no "enjoy your meal." To the owner - pay your dang employees. No excuses. To the employees - stop acting vindictive - it's fast food.

Great atmosphere at this family-friendly favorite in Irmo! We always love to come here for the excellent always fresh food and for the overall experience. Every employee in the store not only greeted us with the famous “welcome to Moe’s” but we had genuine conversations with almost every employee there. The guys fixing our food were friendly and funny, the cashier was sweet and outgoing, and the manager even came by our table to make sure that our dining experience was satisfactory. We couldn’t have had a better experience.

Us being first time guest Right from the start it started poorly as nothing was explained to us on how it worked nor what the rice,beans,meat,vegetables, options were as they are not labeled for customer awareness. So I had to ask what the meats even were… then the gentleman assumed I wanted rice to start and was about to scoop it on my burrito, he didn’t explain the bean options just went to the first one and again assumed that’s what I wanted . He had a poor attitude and unfortunately I believe he was a manager . When placing the rest of the order my wife felt pressured and hurried to tell what she wanted in her bowl but again had never been before so she didn’t even get to put on it exactly what she wanted . Overall food was ok, the price tag of 50 dollars was really steep . First and last time for that service and price its a rip off .
