We ordered 4 Burritos, all of them thrown around, server didn't even talk just pointed at stuff. Very little rice or meat put on any of the burritos and didn't even ask for rice on one them. Just folded it in half and passed it down without even asking. I have been to Moe's a number of times and never had such bad service.

Moe's is great for quick quality food. Juan and his staff are great and Elliot is excellent behind the counter. The burritos and the bowls are delicious. My wife loves the queso dip and I believe that kids eat free on Sunday (with a purchase of a regular meal. The food is always quality and the service is pleasant. Now if we can just get them to say welcome to Moe's! Again.

I ran in trying to make a quick order being short on time and trying to rush to the restroom in the same small window I tried telling him my order really fast as I went to the washroom. I came back and the poor guy had made it almost just what I asked for except he added black beans. After I explained it to him he quickly remade my burrito and I was out the door with time to spare.

ordered food for two people to be delivered. waited forever only to get 1 persons food with the other completely missing and not even on the receipt even though we paid for it. Decided just to go in person to get it and realized as I was leaving the house that they had just closed. Very inconvenient waste of time.

First time eating here. Last time eating here. We both got " burrito bowls" and ended up throwing them both out. The salsa tasted " off" and the so called steak, looked like something else other than steak. We were the only ones in the place and that should of been my red flag. Do not recommend.
Great lunch spot for me. I get a burrito bowl which keeps me satisfied for the rest of the day. Lots of topping options, but I do wish they would bring tomatoes back!
Overall good; disappointed they've done away with mushrooms and tomatoes as toppings.

My kids live Moes so we eat there a lot…at all the locations in the Columbia area. The Irmo store is by far the best run Moes I have been to in years. Customer service, quality of the food product, everyone is trained well, the store is clean, the soda machines work…the manager here is setting a great example, and his staff seem to enjoy working there. Keep up the great work!
