It had been awhile since I had a Papa John’s pizza. The last one wasn’t great but I thought I would give it another try. Boy was that a mistake. Ordered a New York style pizza with a few toppings on it. There hardly any toppings on this pizza the mushrooms came from a can and were tasteless if that was extra cheese which I ordered I’d hate to see a just cheese, it was more like where’s the cheese. The pizza itself was tasteless crust was awful. I have had frozen pizza from the grocery store that was better than what Papa John’s sent me. Never again Papa Johns never again

Add an online order for my pizza to be cut square and it was not cut square mentioned something to the kids working at the store but nothing was offered to be done about it very upset. Clearly states on the box to be square cut just very rude

First time I had ever been there, the service was okay, the people weren't very friendly.
I've always wanted a shakaronie pizza so I ordered a large one.
I'll wouldn't buy another one, it was okay but it was far from being really good.
The sauce was too sweet I didn't care for the crust. I ordered a large pie, which is my normal order. I'm the only one in the family that eats pizza so I always have some left over and reheat it. This pizza did not reheat very well even though I used the air fryer. Which is the best bet for reheating pizza.
I thought the price was reasonable for a large pie, that was the only good thing about it.

Order today 11/10/2024. Order took over 30 mins to get my location. I live less than 3 miles after it said it was on its way. Food was barely warm so I decided to call cause was unacceptable do to my location from store location. When I called location spoke to a employee about barely warm food. Told me I would get credit for next order placed. I asked if I had to call it in or if I did it online I would get credit. Was told I wouldn't have to call it in. And when I asked for name for confirmation for next time I was put on hold immediately. Was on hold for five minutes before I just hung up. This is not how you do business if you say your going to do something then you should be fine giving a name so no disconnect. Also it was the so called shaq-a-roni I get more pepperoni on frozen pizza.
