I ordered pizza and wings through the app. Signed up for text message updates, and sat back and waited for my order. I got excited when I got a text message saying "the driver has left with your order" and was impressed that it was going to get to me before the expected time.Well, I was very disappointed when 40 minutes passed from that message and still no pizza. I called the store only to be told that it would be delivered in "two or three minutes" then later during the same conversation was told "it will be there in five minutes." I was also told that "it will be there in five minutes."Pizza finally showed up cold, wings were bones with sauce. Very disappointing. No apologies or even an explanation as to the wait.

we have frequented this papa johns many times. they have always been quick. we have never had a bad food experience from them ever. we usually do carryout as it is close to our business, however we have had some small issues when it has come to delivery. nothing really major, but it would be nice for the tracking on delivery to work from this location.

This is a reply to Matthew Morley, contributing to his end of the stick, i got hung up on 3 times when trying to call. Then when i finally got someone on the line, they told me they were going to put me on hold because "the manager said to." We put the order in at approximately 5:40 pm. it does not take 3 hours to deliver a pizza, for reference i work at an olive garden where we have order of $2000 or more. We have always delivered the order within the hour even if we are late. there is no reason that our $55 order should have taken this long. relating, we have a family of 7 that are hungry. having to wait with the kids being as hungry as they are is unacceptable. we sent the order back around 8:20 because it was just too late. we had already placed the other order.

This place is horrible. Do not order! I ordered delivery for a plan-ahead time. It was late by 20 minutes so we called to check in. They put us on hold for 10 minutes. I called back and asked to speak to a manager. They put us on hold again. My daughter called and they told her they weren’t responding to me because I was rude. I was not rude. I was communicative. I’m on hold right now. It’s over an hour later and we’re still waiting. Good news: we already ordered from somewhere else.

When I picked up my order it was wrong but I’m so happy it was because once I went back inside to request it be corrected I watched the manger come out of the office without washing their hands or wearing gloves to add pepperoni to my order I also then noticed no one in the kitchen had on gloves. I immediately asked for a refund.

My husband and I got extremely sick after eating the Supreme pizza and stuffed crust Philly steak pizza.
According to the tracker on the website, the pizza was finished cooking by the estimated time, but then sat there for another hour before leaving the store for delivery. This happened another time before, but was delivered through DoorDash, which was another issue all together because of payment. The pizza was cold both times by the time it got here. I tried to give this store another chance(maybe it was an off night) but it appears that this store just isn’t good. You can’t get anyone on the phone to talk to them about it either. Papa Johns has become a joke.

What's the point of calling in an order if I have to get there and wait for the order to be made anyway because my order was incorrect. I hate that so much. If I wanted to wait while there, I would have ordered once I got there. Staff, please read your tickets well and follow orders accordingly so this mistake can stop happening. I see why I don't come here. Every since they started using a dough spinner you are pretty much getting a thin crust no matter what. They used to have the best crust but that's no longer the case. Not even the garlic sauce can save it.
