I DO NOT the St. Andrews Pizza Hut. I placed my order at 7:32 pm. At 9:00 pm, I still had not gotten my order. I called the store and they had not even started my order so I canceled it and told them I wanted a refund. This is the second time this store has screwed me over. NEVER AGAIN WILL I ORDER FROM THIS STORE OR PIZZA HUT!!!

The best Pizza Hut I’ve been to. Mrs. Makaila is a very polite hardworking young lady. Taking orders, fixing food, and answering the phone she is a very multitask young woman. The pizza is the BOMB. She definitely need a raise and a higher promotion!😊❤️💕

The food took over an hour to get and was under cooked and cold when we got them both. I was also charged an extra $10 on my bill besides the pizza and Door Dash service. Got no Item receipt so that I could see all the charges.

15-minute carry out is on so far for a 30-minute carryout. Ladies are great. Their worried about watching the football game on their phone while making pizzas. Saw the phone from the gentleman with a red shirt at the make line. With a lobby full. Not happy. Didn't clear my order.so.i sat extra time, and pizza was done. 4 breadsticks, 2 thin pizzas, and they were cold. Would like a refund. Pizza was off taste, and sweet. No flavor. Won't be back

I'm tired of hourly wage Pizza Hut employees begging for tips by flipping around a screen or asking me do I want to leave a tip. Tipping is ONLY for non- hourly employees. If they feel like handing me a pizza or working a cash register is tip worthy, then they shouldn't have taken the job. Imagine if the convince store worker or the cash register person at a grocery store flipped around a touchscreen asking for 20% or more of the total. Poor business model on the part of Pizza Hut!
If there was a number less than zero I would give it to them. The pizza was hard and the cheese was dry, we ordered a stuff crust but got a thin crust pizza on life support. The service was amazingly painful. Cursing, laughing, thinking they slick. Disgusting, pizza disgusting, they are disturbing. Atmosphere sent from Satan. Goodnight.

This is one of the worse experiences I had at Pizza Hut, received confirmation that my order would be ready in 20 minutes and when I got to the place had to wait an extra hour just to get my food. Not only that but it was so raining and so I got soaking wet trying to get the food that should’ve been done 20 mins ago

I had a terrible experience at this Pizza Hut location. I received a confirmation that my pizza would be ready in 20 minutes, but when I arrived on time, I had to wait an additional 30 minutes for my order to be ready.
What made it even worse was that they were prioritizing orders from DoorDash and Pizza Hut delivery over mine, despite me being there in person. The staff was unresponsive and did not provide any updates or options for cancellation. Overall, it was an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience. I do not recommend this location.
And to make matters even worse they used white sauce when I ordered classic marinara sauce.
