I placed an order on the app. When we arrived, our order wasn’t quite ready. No problem. We pulled over and waited about 10 minutes. Went back to the drive thru line and this time we were greeted by a different employee who told us that “the manager” said they could not make any more bread sticks tonight, so it would be 1.5 hrs for our cheesy bread. This is 7:30, mind you. Nowhere close to closing time. We canceled our order and went to Marco’s where the bread machine works. Who knew the bread machine at Pizza Hut is just like the milkshake machine at McDonald’s.
Ordered pizza tonight, when we got to the drive through window to pick it up we were told to pull into a parking spot and it would be 10 more minutes. After ten minutes, we approached the window again. This time, we were told that 'the manager did not want to proof dough for our bread sticks' and it would be an hour and a half for our order. We canceled the order and left.

This Pizza Hut rocks! I just had a horrible experience at Domino's Ballentine (in Walmart) but this Pizza Hut's staff really cares about me as a person and not just a customer! If I could I would give it 10 stars! Thank you!!!!!!! 😁 This Pizza Hut is highly recommended! Yay! I just went there today and I had a fabulous experience again! This Pizza Hut is really something special! You rock!
