We order from here all the time and never had an issue until tonight. I ordered on the app for a stuffed crust pizza with chicken sausage, onions, garlic, mushrooms, and peppers. My husband gets home and there was no chicken sausage on it. I called and the cashier had to ask the kitchen for her to find out they are out. No manager was involved. No substitutions were offered. And we no contact was made to the customer.

Bunch of young ins working here that don't know how to work customer service. Ordered a pizza for pick up said it was ready went there and waited for somebody to acknowledge me at the counter. 15min later i had to yell at someone from the back to answer me. All i saw was talking and one dude making the pizza sneezed into his hand and i was digusted and told he needed to wash his hands. Another 5min past and someone finally comes up front and I say pickup and I found out my pizza is not even made yet!!! Wth I asked for a manager but the manager or whoever was in charge was on his cell phone and seemed to not care about my problem or anything for that matter.. I was beyond pissed and didnt want to waste my time anymore in this place and demanded my refund.. never go to this pizza hut..nasty sorry people and management!

Waiting at the drive through for almost 10 minutes no one acknowledge my presence or said anything. I even got out and knocked on the window. Everyone seems to not hear anything and continue to look at me and walk around.I pulled off and walked in the building. The next car behind pulled right up and got his pizza with no problem. I continue to Give this location Chance after chance but they always seem to fail. I definitely recommend going to the Saint Andrews location

I ordered a pizza online, and when I got there, the girl at the register told me it wasn’t ready, even though the app said that it was. A guy comes up to the register less than a minute later, I give him my name and come to find out the pizza was in the warmer the whole time The point of the story is that this is a crappy disorganized, Pizza Hut

Horrible horrible horrible! Supposed to be delivered at 6:40 - it's 8:24. They won't answer the phone and when finally got them to answer and asked where our order was, they immediately put me on hold. They couldnt care less about customers. Never use them again. Now we have to try to get our money back.

I didn't get the toppings that I paid for and after 24 hours, no one even bothered following up with my grievance.. The employee at the drive thru window was very pleasant, but the order was wrong upon arriving at home and no one seemed to care.. 1st time using this particular location and was highly disappointed
I placed an order at this location because I just happen to be on this side of town. I actually live 45 minutes away from this particular Pizza Hut. I have to say because of the friendliness and the professionalism of the staff at this location I may drive the 45 minutes, just to experience that level of service again when I order pizza from Pizza Hut. In a society riddled with rudeness and unprofessionalism, it’s very rare to experience an encounter like that. Kudos to upper level management for fostering a great environment for their employees. It truly trickles down to the customer!

Ordered a Super Supreme pizza to be delivered and came to find out that it was undercooked and had a huge chunk from the middle missing. Literally as if a child dug in it. It was also sticking to the bottom of the box. Used to work here couple years ago and I know they had to have reached inside the oven before it was even done. I usually never write reviews but my God this was horrible. Will never be ordering from here again. Smh
