We came to the drive through excited to try the new crispy dippers. We asked if they had the skinny chicken tenders because it was not on the menu. The lady said they no longer had them. We see online where this location had them. So at the window we ask if they ran out or what. The lady said “oh we have those” after ordering and paying for TENDERS. She told us we would have to pull around to reorder since we already paid and pay for the other. This experience was not good. We won’t be back. Also now looking at the “tenders” they are the same size as the crispers. 1/10

Items are sometimes omitted, incorrect sides are provided, or the entire order may be inaccurate. Please do not simply accept their assurance when they present your order.

If I could give zero stars I would. I came in the drive-through Today and my experience was HORRIBLE. It seems as if she was rushing me to order by continuously talking and not allowing me to place my order on my own, as I had two orders. Once I got to my order, which was the 1/4 of popcorn shrimp I told her I wanted sweet heat sauce, she proceeds to tell me that she already chose the sauce for the 12 piece wing that I placed. I told her that dipping sauce is for my shrimp, she then proceeds to tell me that it comes with cocktail sauce. She can’t give me any other sauce because no other sauce goes with the popcorn shrimp aside from the cocktail sauce. After informing her that this is an order that I placed for years I’ve never had any issues with getting that same sauce as I do not eat cocktail sauce, and she proceeds to be very combative and nasty at this point it begin to be too much. I told her not to worry about it she proceeded to still be her rude self at this point I pulled up to the window to ask for her name when I got to the window she was again still very nasty. Gave me her name. Stated “Yes, I’m the general manager” and I let her know that that she’s very unprofessional and that was very rude to begin with. As a paying customer when I ask for something it’s expected to be exactly how I asked for it! She still wanted to argue with me and be very combative disrespectful to the point where her and I got into an argument. I let her know that I would be reaching out to corporate as I was driving off she yelled out the window “Oh, I see you’re very ignorant” this is not an example of customer service! Something really should be done regarding this matter, especially when you have other workers that are in the facility tasteless behavior. As a manger you Lead by example in which she definitely DID NOT display. I am waiting on a call from corporate because this was unacceptable.

Waited 13 minutes in the drive thru with no one else in front or behind me. Got my food and it was terrible the chicken sandwich very slimy and hard. I threw it away in hopes i wont get sick. I called the store and while she was very nice and offered to take my name down for a free sandwich but i declined. She said I likely got something they made this morning and they are making all new food for tonight since they were going through a shift change.
I waited 20-30 minutes in the drive thru and my fries were not even hot; my sandwich was missing the bacon and cheese.

Food was good, but the kids that work there are very immature. The young guy at the drive thru had a whole conversation with someone else at the window. Then another person drove off and he was cussing about the situation. Meanwhile I was at the speaker listening to this entire conversation waiting to place my order.

It is a Saturday afternoon. You have no chicken wings or chicken breasts. You state that this is not McDonald's not a fast food restaurant, and we can't have it. Our way, yes, ma'am, we can. It is a fast food chicken, and all we wanted was a breast and wing, that's all, we did not ask for the attitude that you chose to give us on this Saturday afternoon. I was hoping that, since this is a new popeye's. That for once, I could come and get some excellent customer service. But I believe that it was a prerequisite to work at popeye's. You must have a bad attitude. The attitude from the manager was out of line, the employees attitudes were poor lead by example.
