This location used to be good but has deteriorated in the past year. I went there yesterday to get some chicken and could visibly tell that it was not fresh and had been sitting out for a long time. A few of the prices were burnt and it was not enjoyable at all. I will not be returning again.

First, my sweet tea was completely unsweetened, which defeats the purpose of ordering it in the first place. Secondly, the popcorn shrimp portion was small and mostly made up of tiny fried bits rather than actual shrimp.
I wasn’t looking for a refund—I simply asked if I could receive store credit to make up for the issue. However, the employee told me that the only option was to come back in and have the items remade. I had just gotten home from school and was too tired to head back out again, so that really wasn’t a reasonable solution for me.

I gave this location a 1 star because no matter when you go to this place, the staff are very rude. I went through drive thru today and placed order. Got to the window and was met with a bad attitude. Whoever owns or manages this place needs to do better with. Asked for Classic chicken and got spicy instead.

Went through the drive through about 12:15 so you would assume the food would be fresh. Chicken was cold and dry, sides and biscuit had no flavor. Got the wrong side instead of what was ordered. I wouldn’t recommend going here.

The food was hot and cooked to perfection. The staff was friendly. The location was clean. My order was missing items, and I was unable to reach the store after attempting to call several times. However, they did correct the missing items upon my return and were very polite and professional in resolving the matter.

Girl working drive through was in a Hugh hurry even though they weren't busy. She needs to tone down her voice and stop yelling. I never come to Popeyes and now I remember why.

I came to order food, I asked for a large tea no ice, the cashier gave me ice. Then she had the attitude when I told her what I asked for. Then get all the way home and I didn't get what I paid for. And can't even get anyone on the phone to replace what I didn't get.

I had a classic fried flounder sandwich, and my sister had the classic fried chicken sandwich. Both were wonderful as usual. Also had a mac and cheese side. I'll be getting that again, too! Really good food!
My child placed a mobile order for this location and when we arrived we were asked to pull up (I'm guessing to eliminate the high drive through time) due to our chicken being cooked fresh...No issue, I don't mind waiting for fresh food. Needless to say the food was cold, but my children didn't want to complain. After paying thirty some odd dollars for food, you want it to be edible. I went inside and told the front cashier that my food was cold and incorrect and she stared at me for a solid 30 seconds and I finally asked her to get her manager. I wrote all this to say the manager on duty Liz (I hope I spelled her name correctly) jumped into action right away, remade my children's food fresh, and walked it out to me as I went back to my car to wait after she told me it would be about ten minutes. Just wanted to shout out this manager as a lot of times management can handle situations terribly and make customers not want to come back, but this one definitely earned my business and I hope those of you reading this. Thank you for being the exception and what a true leader looks like!

Gone so down hill. Food is more expensive, biscuits are small and not tasty, when I got my food my sweet tea had bits of chicken breading floating around in it. I would recommend going to Bojangles instead.

Great customer service. I will take my 5 stars away and give an 1. Customer service was horrible. It took them forever to get on the intercom so the person I was with to make their order. Then when a car was in front had to wait forever, because the person was complaining about something and had a whole lot of cars behind them. All they had to do was tell the person to move up or park their car in parking lot, so they can get to other customers, so we left to go somewhere else. Update: They improved on their customer service and their food be fresh and hot. They better than Two Notch

You have to catch them on a good day. Order is always wrong. Food sometimes is cold and it takes forever for someone to take your order at the drive through even when you are the only one in line.
