Let’s start off with the energy. As soon as me and my fiancée entered we were greeted with amazing energy, and a smiling face. They gave us the time to go over the menu as it was our first time, and Will went over any questions we had. As a Kitchen manager myself in a restaurant I was very happy to see a clean environment, amazing warm service, and food cook with love. Which speaks volumes of the leadership at this location. Definitely worth the stop.
3 of us ate here today. Food was not hot. Burger had onions on it, we said no onions when we ordered. Fries were not brought with burger. Only one burger at a time came to our table when we were severed. One burger came 15 minutes after the other two. Fries and tater tots came one order at a time. Not with burger! There was one nice young girl at cash register taking orders. She also was serving every table between orders. Two people were in kitchen. Very disappointed! The management did not have enough people to handle the lunch orders or to go orders!! We use to love eatting at Smash Burgers. But this was over priced for the bad service and cold food. The server would apologize each time she came to our table. Which was 8 times between taking orders at cash register! I felt so bad for her. More people needed to be there in the kitchen and at the cash register and to get the food to the table! We do not plan to eat here ever again.

We had a fantastic experience at this Smashburger! The food, service, and atmosphere were all excellent. I ordered the Classic Smash Burger with Smash Fries, and everything was absolutely delicious perfectly cooked, full of flavor, and so fresh. My whole family ordered different items, and everyone loved their meals just as much. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the restaurant had a great vibe that made our visit even more enjoyable. We’ll definitely be coming back!

I live hours from this, or any other, Smash Burger. But every time I travel, I come to this one. It absolutely never disappoints. The food is insanely good and fresh! The staff always seem to be in a great mood and go the extra mile to help me explore different menu items! Jacob is a fantastic employee. I don’t know how much he’s getting paid, but he deserves a raise and recognition for his flawless customer service! God Bless!
I was craving a burger, and this was the perfect stop! Food was great, service was good, place was clean. Courtney was behind the register and she was kind and efficient.
Food was good, service was fantastic we had Malakye and he was super friendly and happy to be at work! Good atmosphere and food and great service would recommend!
