usually love this place however this time the food came out 15 mins late, not a big deal but when i felt in the bag all the sides were cold, 2 tots, fries, onion rings, tenders were hot but my burger wasnt even luke warm, spent 58 bucks but no longer will return

Very young young young young young young young kids working here always. Need some adult supervision, not professional in any way. Wondering why the kitchen staff all have long hair and no hair nets and also are there no dress codes? The guy back in the kitchen had a hoodie on cooking food???♀️?♀️?

The wings were the worst I've had...dry, no seasoning on them. They were supposed to be garlic and rosemary flavored wings... not a hint of these. Waited over 30 minutes for my food. It was definitely an experience that I didn't expect or hope for. I won't recommend this particular Smashburger.
