I love Smoothie King. I always go to the location on Lake Murray Boulevard and always get the Hulk Coffee smoothie. This smoothie tastes amazing. One time it wasn't made right and they remade the smoothie for me. I like the vibes at this location and they are always friendly. I really love the taste of this smoothie and I go there all the time!

I came in today and Whitney was holding down the fort alone. She apologized for the wait. I told her she was ok because she was working completely alone. It’s no need to be upset with her. She’s doing an amazing job. To the powers at be for this location, you need more help.

Always super nice. I only ever wait a little bit when there's 2 or more people before me. When it's empty, you'll be in there less than 5 minutes. I've seen a couple new employees too and they do great

I stopped in yesterday morning around 9:30 on my way to do some errands with my daughter. When we went in the store there was one customer waiting for her order. We walked up to the counter and there was only one gentleman working. He did acknowledge us at first. Once the other patron received her order he came over to the register said “how you doing?” To us and proceeded to print off and prep several online orders. Never said I’ll be right with you etc. we stood at the counter for 10 mins while this person ignored us and went about his business. We eventually ended up leaving without being served. I took my money to Starbucks instead. What happened to helping customers in front of you first? What happened to basic communication and acknowledgement? Terrible service.

I ordered delivery through the Smoothie King app, my order arrived dumped out in the bag. I contacted the store and the Employee on the phone assured me I’d be taken care of and given a Remark AND a full refund. She gave me my remake and told me to call back the next morning when the manger was available and that he would refund my order. The manger then told me when I called that he would need to speak to his District Manager and he had her call me and she then told me that they use uber eats for their delivery and that I would need to contact them for a refund and that it would only be a partial refund since I have a remake ( I explained that situation to her and she said the employee was wrong and that what I was told would not be honored) I then contacted uber and they told me that the store would need to issue the refund since I did not order through uber I ordered through the smoothie king app. Anyway - I was never issued a refund by uber or smoothie kind and nobody has reached out to make this right.

I got a strawberry smoothie, and the only thing I could taste was peanut butter?? The blender had to have been cleaned so poorly (or not at all) that I couldn’t taste anything else. I have never had a smoothie this bad, and I have been to smoothie kings all over the country. Thank Goodness I don’t have a peanut allergy. I don’t think they would care anyway.
