I got a strawberry smoothie, and the only thing I could taste was peanut butter?? The blender had to have been cleaned so poorly (or not at all) that I couldn’t taste anything else. I have never had a smoothie this bad, and I have been to smoothie kings all over the country. Thank Goodness I don’t have a peanut allergy. I don’t think they would care anyway.

I hate to give less than great reviews, but this SK location is very inconsistent. I get the Keto Champ Coffee as a meal replacement once a week and sometimes it’s perfect, creamy, and flavorful, and other times it’s icy, watery, and flavorless. For a 12 dollar drink plus tip, I just wish it could be more consistent. This is the only SK location that’s local to me and I do love the product when it’s made well, so I just hope someone can help the staff with more training on how to make their smoothies.

I am not satisfied with the service nor the product I received today at Smoothie King. I used a gift card and this experience was terrible. A lady made my iceberg non blended non smoothie order. It took forever after she made contact with her family member to talk before making my order. I really want my money back but I had absolutely no time to wait as I had already waited 20 minutes with no other customers except her family members visiting. I’m trying to download the picture. This smoothie is disgusting.

The worst experience my family and I have had at a smoothie king. First we come in a family of 9. The worker (a woman) is by herself making a couple people their smoothies. We waited in line for her to get done and take our order. A couple of us were talking about wanting smoothie bowls and she kept looking us rolling her eyes and talking crazy about us. Ignoring us. Then as people are walking in she kept trying to take their order avoiding us. Someone came in and she said you got a mobile order he said no and she looked towards us rolled her eyes and made some rude noises, and said she was by herself to the man. Doing any and everything to avoid serving us. Then finally came to us and said “I can’t do smoothie bowls, I just can’t” cuz she heard us and made us wait all that time while she was messing around being rude. Won’t be back to this location. Customer service was ridiculous and rude.

No management whatsoever at this location. They never open on time. Sat outside until 710 this am and still dark inside. Quality of the smoothie isn’t what it used to be. Staff tends to be rude and the orders are rarely on time. I used to frequent this location but it’s a total mess now!!

My order was not placed in their system but proof of money was shown being taken out of my account and the worker who's currently here (short hair sort of bald with glasses) did absolutely nothing to compensate or fix the issue for about 35mins. Ive been standing here still no reimbursement, or issue solved. This is ridiculous. I come in this store every morning & when this lady is here, there is always an issue whether its with a payment or an order being correct. Im over it. CAME INTO THIS STORE AT 8:15 AND DID NOT LEAVE UNTIL 8:55 🤦🏾‍♂️. Every other customer came in smoothly no issues, got way better treatment than I did even got all of their smoothies before I did even after the manager “fixed” the issue.” The fact that I spend so much money in here to get this type of service is wild.
