I come to smoothie king on average 2-3 times per week. I always order on the app so it will be ready. I order on my way to work. The past few times I’ve ordered, it was not ready on time. Also had to wait because store didn’t open until after 8. Store is supposed to open at 7. I love smoothie king but this kind of service is not worth it.

Precious was so wonderful. When I came in she had a line and she was the only worker, she still managed to get everyone out in a quick manner. She ran this location like she had a whole team working with her. I was so pleased with my smoothie but especially with the service. Awesome

Wow, the smoothie I got was awful! Chunky, massive bits of cinnamon, huge ice cubes still left. Overall, a bad smoothie. For the price you pay with the tip, I find it very disappointing.

Sent an order via the Smoothie King app ahead of time by 25 minutes. Wasn’t ready upon arrival, and the guy said, “I forgot” when we asked him about it.What’s the point of ordering ahead?

I tried the Acai bowl for the first time and omg it was so good. I sat in my car and got half way through the bowl before I had to walk back in and compliment the lady who made it. Brittany was awesome and I'll probably be getting that same bowl at least three times a week. The customer service here was amazing it was money well spent. Thank you so much for such a wonderful experience I wish I could give 10 stars yall rock

This person in the picture is the rudest I have ever dealt with in the 5 years I have been coming to this smoothie king. I usually spend about a minimum of $30 a week. There have been many kids and adults come in and out of this place working, I am and have been patient and kind with all of them, I will NOT be back any more until this guy is fired, no longer working for this smoothie king. If I could give a negative zero, I would. The new owners should call me. I won't tolerate disrespect from such an ignorant person. He can not do anything because you guys have changed rules. So you need to post your new rules. I make changes to my smoothie and I pay for everything that gets put into this smoothie, I paid for the extra smoothie it makes, it is not over fill from there hand, it is extra from what I pay for. If you want to cheat your customers, then I will not come back ever. There are other Smoothie Kings and smoothie places close by... I dont need to come here, I chose too.

The smoothies are always a hit or miss and so is the customer service. The employees will not go out of their way to explain the rewards system (I think they simply don’t know). Also the manger was so mean and disrespectful to a customer when she was simply trying to get clarification on the rewards system.

My daughter and I ordered on the app for pickup and both of ours tasted watered down and not near as good as the one in Lexington. I ended up having to buy a different one for my daughter bc hers was super watered down tasting so ended up spending $30, they didn’t offer to remake it for us or anything. From now on I will use the other location.

This might be the worst smoothie I've ever had. I drink smoothies all of the time and know exactly what I like in my smoothie. I asked if I could "build my own" smoothie since I did not like any of the menu options and the process could not have been more complicated. Finally they figured out a way to ring up the smoothie that I wanted (strawberry, banana, peanut butter, and spinach) and it turned out so awful. The smoothie selections from the menu are so incredibly unhealthy. I feel bad for people who are ordering these items, thinking they are getting something healthy. They have "sweetened strawberries" and added sugar to a fruit smoothie?? Why would you add sugar to a fruit smoothie? I don't know if they have real peanut butter but my smoothie tasted really chalky so I think they may have used powdered peanut butter. Terrible experience, I would never go here again.

This bowl looked nothing like the picture. $13.19 on a bowl that was less than half way filled. This is my second time at this location and it was horrible the first time which resulted in refunding me. Today ai decided to give them another try. Long story short - I should’ve followed my gut instinct and went up to the Peak exit to that Smoothie King or downtown on Lincoln street if Justin is there to make it. I’m not sure why these employees aren’t being trained on how to make the bowl look like the picture. It can’t be rocket science! I’m done eating these bowls since there is a lack of consistency. I mean it be way off. How do you feel comfortable handing a customer a product like this. Pics below. I don’t want a call from the district manager because I don’t feel like hearing the generic bs. Train your efing employees or stop selling the bowl period!!!!

I ordered a go go fruit bowl online for pickup this past Saturday. When I got to the store a young white girl proceeded to assist me and I told her my name and that I had a pickup for said name. I was handed my bowl and as I'm walking out a young black girl comes out the back and asks me am I Doordash. I said no and here is where things went left. She then asks me, well is that yours? Now, wait your employee just handed me this item after me telling her my name so why am I being asked is the item that was just given to me, mine? Honestly, that's an assumption of theft. This store needs to get there business in order and not question customers if they're stealing or not. I tried calling several times today to speak with the young lady, because I felt maybe this could be handled without leaving a bad review, but I saw her again today and the look I got was yeah I remember you from Saturday and have a nice day. UNACCEPTABLE! I do not steal and furthermore the next time your co worker or employee hands a customer an item after being given a name; how about you question your employee and not the customer. I PAID FOR MY FOOD. Don't let it happen again!
