Me and my friends went in to get some ice cream and they told us we couldn’t eat even tho they are open till 11 it’s 9pm… so we went to a stall and they turned the lights off on us and said we can’t do that either even tho someone else was using a stall it just feels really unprofessional and unfair.

I got here at 9 pm when there were multiple workers in the building. My group tried to enter the dining room and it was locked, a worker came out and told us they closed the dining room, despite the hours on the door saying they are open until 11 pm. We went to the stalls since we all had plans to pay separately. After this the lights were turned off over the stalls while another car was still there waiting for their food. It would be fine if there were no other cars, but they turned the lights off on other customers who had already paid for their meals. We were told to go through the drive thru despite us being in one vehicle and having different transactions.

Every time I go to this one, they never get my order right, which is just a large diet coke with sugar free flavoring and cherries inside. They never put the cherries in it, and tonight they charged me $4.50 for a basic tiny diet coke. This place is the worst. And they never answer their phone, so don't even bother.

I’m only giving 5 stars on service due to your car-hop, Kiara. She is ALWAYS very welcoming and kind. The rest of your staff is childish, rude, and inconsiderate. I would advise talking to them about the fact that what they do can be seen through the windows.

A few coworkers and I frequently visit this Sonic every other night. The door clearly states the hours of operation as Monday through Thursday from 6 a.m. to 11 p.m. and Friday through Saturday from 6 a.m. to midnight. While I understand that closing early due to understaffing may be necessary, it is unacceptable for three employees to stare and laugh at us when we attempt to open the door. Management must address this issue, as employees represent the face of the store and are visible through the windows. This behavior is unprofessional and reflects poorly on the establishment.

I have visited sonic twice in the past couple of weeks, and both of those times I have placed a mobile order. When you place a mobile order, you are prompted to pull into one of the carhop stalls, and check in. I proceeded to check in and waited almost 15 minutes, with absolutely nothing said to me. No worker brought out my order, and instead, I had to go to the drive thru to receive it. I understand if nobody is available to bring out my order, but how am I supposed to know to go to the drive thru? This is quite disappointing.
Not a huge fan of Sonic's food, and this location is not doing the chain any favors in that department, but the treats and drinks are fine. Service isn't what it used to be.
