Person who brought out food was nice and friendly but the food was horrible, the oldest fries I’ve ever had… all of the groovy fries stuck together and so hard they cut up my gums! Also chicken tenders were warm but tasted like they were refried (I used to work in fast food so I know!!!) like they were fried, sitting out for a long time and put back in the fryer to make the customer think they were just done! My fiancé enjoyed the chili cheese coney dogs but for 32 bucks I’ll take my business elsewhere without my gums being irritated

Incredibly friendly staff who went out of their way to make our visit exceptional.
The new Sonic Smasher was served juicy and fresh. The crinkle fries were flavorful and crisp. If you are looking for a fast, filling, delicious meal — come to this Sonic.
(The lady working as a carhop/cash register on the night of 8/31 around 9:45 PM was absolutely incredible. Truly a great person you have working for your company)

Sonic used to have the best milkshakes. Burgers have always been enjoyable. Milkshakes seem to have lost whatever flavor made them special my last 5 trips. Even the onion rings were just OK, not like they used to be.

Food was just great once it was made correctly. However the Manager on duty Sunday afternoon must have been having a bad day. I mentioned his attitude being off and he got defensive and accused me of wanting him to have an attitude. Afterwards he complained the whole time back in the kitchen like I couldn’t hear him about how he doesn’t have an attitude etc.. very unprofessional. The rest of the staff on the shift was great..

If I could give 0 stars I would me and my mom went here for shakes we got us 2 small shakes and some pretzels and ate in the parking lot they forgot our cherries and we were gonna go back in the drive thru anyways to get my brothers some shakes so we thought we might as well ask them for our 2 other cherries they forgot mind you it was only Like 5 minutes between these 2 orders and they insisted on charging us extra for the 2 cherries even though they are the ones who forgot them plus they almost forgot to give us our cheese for our pretzels until we reminded them and the girl was rude idk what her name was but she kept saying she gave us our cherries and if we wanted extra she would have to charge us but you didn’t even give it to us at first. Bad experience overall! :(

It's the guilty pleasure of fast food. Sit in the car, have the food brought to you by a car hop. Eat a good Chili Coney dog or an order of French Toast sticks. What could make it better? A cranberry limeade.
Overall, not great. The fact that is the expectation is upsetting. Between indifferent staff, soggy burger buns, and over cooked onion rings, you're better off stopping at mcdonalds kn the corner, or burger king by the highway

This was my worst experience with Sonic. Ordered in the app. Parked and attempted to check in. Took a couple of tries but finally went through. The menu board showed me checked in, waited 10 mins past “ready” time, kicked my name and order off the board. No one came. Finally called them. Took them another 8 mins to walk 20 ft with order. No apology, no compensation, just handed me the order and walked away. Food was cold. It was just sitting inside and they forgot to send it out. Worst part-they weren’t even busy! This is not like them. Wonder what happened!

Ordered a strawberry shake and it was very good. Didn't realize they close at 11:00 pm.
I have never been treated worse at a fast food restaurant in my life! I tried to avoid this bad review by bringing this to managements attention only to get questioned and told nothing would be done about it! My order is almost always wrong and to top it off I received a grilled cheese sandwich with extremely moldy bread! Ill never go there again!
