Not today the drink was ok but not the usual performance from Starbucks. It wasn't horrible but let's say I got more milk and cream than strawberries! This location Starbucks and the one by the circle K are on thin ice with their weird tactics , where do they find these workers some of them ?!

Ooooooooohhhhhhhhhhhkay. I just had the best sample of a pumpkin spice latte ever. Ever. A young gal was handing out samples. I walked to my car and drank it. I’m about to walk back in and buy a big size. I’m not lying. It was the best from Starbucks I’ve ever had. Angel made the samples. Gal knows what she’s doing. Give her more responsibility. She has a gift of customer interaction and professionalism. This is coming from someone who purchases local roast herself and typically makes it at home with her Rocket espresso machine. It was GOOD.

They are all so nice and sweet! Drive through staff is always super pleasant! I forgot to ask for no whip at the order station. When I got to the window I had told her I forgot to ask for no whip, but if they had already put it in there, it’s no problem I’ll take it since it was my fault and I had forgotten to ask. She insisted on making it right for me. So sweet!!

I ordered the Frappuccino cookie crumble...Starbucks owner! Please retrain your workers....My coffee was dripping, as if it had an hole ? in my cup...Also my Frappuccino had a chocolate milk taste...No crumbles ,water down...Ugh! A waste of

dont do online pick up orders unless you wanna wait for them to serve everyone in the drive thru and walk ins first. you will be the last one they serve even though you ordered online over 30 minutes prior.

I normally hate posting bad reviews especially if I get awesome customer service. I didn't speak up because the line got busy and didn't notice the white residue until I got home. This would of been the 2nd time if I went back to get it fixed they mess my order up. I tried to make it as simple this time. I'm a very regular to the store. So, I don't want to talk bad about my favorite grocery store. These coffees are hit or miss. As much as it costs I hate to keep trying over and over and always having to get it wrong. I'm super sad and disappointed. My daughter got a refresher and hers was perfect.

I have a cinnamon allergy but really wanted a fall drink, I did my research and nothing but the drizzle had cinnamon in it. I told the baristas that this morning but they still took the time to check the bottles of all the ingredients and Google the ingredients they didn’t have listed. They went above and beyond and I couldn’t be more grateful
