The employees here are all incredible. On 3 separate occasions 3 separate employees each went above and beyond for my orders!! Truly amazing customer service.

The employees have always been nice and friendly the inside is always clean and tidy. My only problem is the wait sometimes but to be expected especially in the mornings.

Don’t come unless you like waiting 10+ minutes for a drink. 5 workers up front and only 2 are working. Only one person making drinks is unacceptable especially while the wait time for drinks is over 10 minutes.

Best service and very warm people. I got caught in the rain a couple months ago while traveling on my bike and they made sure i had a pleasant stay while waiting out the storm. Gave me some time to warm up and dry my gear.

Customer service training needs to be revisited at this location, especially in the early morning. Second time experiencing staff look me directly in my face and not get any type of greeting. The first time, I spoke and no response from both staff members, although they were looking directly at me and I waa the only customer. It appears to be selective greeting at this location depending on how you look. Contiuously disappointed with the service and will support local coffee shops moving forward. Wish I could give a half star.

Only go here if you are in a good mood and want to ruin it. They take a drive thru order make you wait 10 minutes in line just to tell you it been out for days. This location is right off the highway so it seem like they take advantage of the fact that you will be back on the road and not come back and complain that it was not made to standard or they forgot something. Tried many times to see if it was an off day and always have been disappointed.

Standard Starbucks. Generally consistent and good quality products, a thin array of retail stuff such as mugs and coffee beans and, plenty of open space to handle the inevitable crowds at peak hours. Decent Wireless and bathroom

Ive been coming here for several years now with my family and I love it everytime. My favorite order is a caramel ribbon crunch with extra drizzle or the mango dragon fruit lemonade. The staff is so friendly and the service is efficient <3

Went in to use the restroom and order a caffeinated drink to get us through the last stretch of our trip. We’d been on the road for several hours and most of our group badly needed to use the restroom, myself included. When we made it to the bathrooms, the doors were locked and signs were posted for customers only. I’ve never experienced this at any Starbucks before. Unfortunately, most of us had to go badly enough, that we couldn’t stop to order anything we wanted. Even if we didn’t intend on ordering, forcing people to pay to use the restroom isn’t cool. I’ve been coming to this location for years but won’t be back.

DONT GO HERE!!! Drive the extra mile and go to the Balentine Starbucks! I give everyone three chances and this Starbucks has made several errors!
1st time was 5 months ago: I got coffee for the office (5 drinks and two of them didn’t have flavor shots put in… so I had to drive back and the manager yelled at me! I even brought back the undrank drinks!! So rude and terrible customer service).. 2nd time I popped my lid off the drink when I got home and it wasn’t filled all the way and I was thinking maybe it was an accident … today is the 3rd change and last: I get to the window and the lady rambles off the wrong order and I correct her, she takes my payment then hands me the wrong sizes.. I tell her and she asks me to move forward to wait (the car prior was having issues with the phone app and everyone had to wait for 9 min behind her and she didn’t have to move forward), so couple mins later they come out and we exchange the wrong ones with the correct ones… well one of them was a cinnamon dolce extra shot of espresso and I get home and check and it’s not filled all the way to the top! This is literally a crime selling people venti or large drinks but only giving them medium drinks in their cups.. I took i picture this time!! But seriously, this restaurant is scamming their customers and has terrible customer service! Watch out and check your drinks before you leave the drive thru!! It’s a Lesson I’m learning the hard way!!
