I come here every single morning. To be told one thing yesterday vs today and blatantly being lied to the second day over a coffee flavor is ridiculous. Telling me you ran out of that flavor but another one told me you had just a few more left over from the season is disheartening for a regular. It wouldn’t be so bad if I wasn’t lied to and I had an entire conversation yesterday about it. You’re in the business of making mornings better not ruining them over something silly. Makes me never want to come back.

Hey folks,

Just had to share a little something after my recent visit to Starbucks! As someone who's spent time both ordering drinks and crafting them behind the counter, I've got a pretty unique view, and my last experience totally blew me away. The service was absolutely fantastic – genuinely amazing!

It's so easy to get caught up in our day, but I always try to remember that the folks making our coffee are working incredibly hard. They're real people, superstars really, hustling as fast as humanly possible to get those delicious drinks into our hands. Sometimes, you might see drinks coming out one at a time, or feel like there's a bit of a wait, but trust me, they're always doing their very best. Often, they don't even have control over how quickly individual drinks get made or appear on the counter.

So, here's a little tip from a former barista to a fellow customer: a bit of patience goes a super long way! If you're ever wondering about your order, the friendly faces at the register are usually your go-to for a quick check. That way, our awesome baristas can stay focused on whipping up everyone's drinks without interruption.

Honestly, both as a customer and reflecting on my time as a barista, it's always been a spectacular experience. Let's just always remember to be kind to each other – it makes everyone's day so much brighter!

12/26 - Woman with blue hair running the register was kind but the other two women making drinks were rude, aggressively loud. Understandably it’s busy but their attitude was appalling

Always love visiting this location when I’m visiting the Irmo area for a trip to the Dentist or the Doctor. Don’t get there often, but their service is quick efficient and always very courteous and professional.

Bro I don't usually get starbucks here but the staff is really welcoming and nice, I went in getting a drink my boss recommended it was ready in like 2 minutes, I already knew the bliss that would entail consumption of said beverage, I made the mistake of getting a small one... If you get a chance, please.. for me, and for you, try the ginger bread chai tea.

The employees have always been nice and friendly the inside is always clean and tidy. My only problem is the wait sometimes but to be expected especially in the mornings.

Don’t come unless you like waiting 10+ minutes for a drink. 5 workers up front and only 2 are working. Only one person making drinks is unacceptable especially while the wait time for drinks is over 10 minutes.

Best service and very warm people. I got caught in the rain a couple months ago while traveling on my bike and they made sure i had a pleasant stay while waiting out the storm. Gave me some time to warm up and dry my gear.

Customer service training needs to be revisited at this location, especially in the early morning. Second time experiencing staff look me directly in my face and not get any type of greeting. The first time, I spoke and no response from both staff members, although they were looking directly at me and I waa the only customer. It appears to be selective greeting at this location depending on how you look. Contiuously disappointed with the service and will support local coffee shops moving forward. Wish I could give a half star.

Only go here if you are in a good mood and want to ruin it. They take a drive thru order make you wait 10 minutes in line just to tell you it been out for days. This location is right off the highway so it seem like they take advantage of the fact that you will be back on the road and not come back and complain that it was not made to standard or they forgot something. Tried many times to see if it was an off day and always have been disappointed.

Standard Starbucks. Generally consistent and good quality products, a thin array of retail stuff such as mugs and coffee beans and, plenty of open space to handle the inevitable crowds at peak hours. Decent Wireless and bathroom
