DONT GO HERE!!! Drive the extra mile and go to the Balentine Starbucks! I give everyone three chances and this Starbucks has made several errors! 1st time was 5 months ago: I got coffee for the office (5 drinks and two of them didn’t have flavor shots put in… so I had to drive back and the manager yelled at me! I even brought back the undrank drinks!! So rude and terrible customer service).. 2nd time I popped my lid off the drink when I got home and it wasn’t filled all the way and I was thinking maybe it was an accident … today is the 3rd change and last: I get to the window and the lady rambles off the wrong order and I correct her, she takes my payment then hands me the wrong sizes.. I tell her and she asks me to move forward to wait (the car prior was having issues with the phone app and everyone had to wait for 9 min behind her and she didn’t have to move forward), so couple mins later they come out and we exchange the wrong ones with the correct ones… well one of them was a cinnamon dolce extra shot of espresso and I get home and check and it’s not filled all the way to the top! This is literally a crime selling people venti or large drinks but only giving them medium drinks in their cups.. I took i picture this time!! But seriously, this restaurant is scamming their customers and has terrible customer service! Watch out and check your drinks before you leave the drive thru!! It’s a Lesson I’m learning the hard way!!

Every time I’ve given this location a chance it has been an issue! From the drinks to the food. This time was the food and the sarcasm of employees. I was excited for this location opening but it has been a bad experience each time I’ve visited. As someone who goes to Starbucks daily, I am in disbelief of how things are handled at this particular location.

I love their breakfast sausage egg and cheddar sandwich. There breakfast 'wrap' is the worst I have ever had and should be thrown in the garbage. It's also very expensive. I can't stand that they ask for a tip in the drive thru. AVOID

Dietary restrictions: I am allergic to dairy and for the second time they made my drink where I can not trust what is in the cup. I not sure if I will be going back after spending 14.00 for two drinks each on different days and I could not trust to drink.

This location is a JOKE! Its right around the corner and very convenient, but as of today, i will no longer give them my business. I pay too much for IT TO ALWAYS BE WRONG! When I ask for something to be fixed, for example xtra ice as it says on ticket, im handed back a drink that IS 100% wrong! Im over it!
