Everyone here is so nice and the coffee is always amazing. This has been my go to Starbucks for years and it never disappoints. The worker named Cash is especially positive and always has a smile on his face. 10/10.

Hey everyone, got that green drink a few days ago, and it was absolutely great š. I went through drive through. The associate that served us was very nice. Gave her a tip. It's cool to encourage others in this economy. People just trying to pay their bills like me. I was taught from early childhood that being kind to others will always return to you in some way. And that's true. I've been blessed so many times. Hey, get you one of those green drinks, then find a place to chill, go to a book store, park in a parking lot and let the natural sun shine on you while you sip that green drink...Wow! Iāll come here all the time and get a Venti caramel ribbon Frappuccino. I asked for extra whip and extra crunch and I do not ever get extra crunch whip cream. I haven't drinked any of the drink before this picture also.

Usually pretty decent, but they get snippy if you donāt order ahead more than 10 minutes and when you do the drinks are always melted bc they donāt move the line at all

Good looking out! She showed me the cup sizes and helped me figure out if they were selling a specific drink. She kindly warned me of what it tastes like and I gladly got my favorite drink instead. The best part is the guy who made my drink made it beautifully! Iām glad the lavender matcha is back for spring but not everyone gives me the pastel lavender perfectly on top of the vibrant matcha (other locations make it pale, itās barely visible, seeps in and you canāt even taste it)They had samples of a cookies and cream drink I hope to try next time :)

I met a friend there to talk. They didnāt have tea or hot chocolate. The food selection was very limited. The staff were talking so loudly that it was difficult to hear my friend. Donāt think I would go back to this location. Lake Murray Blvd, Irmo,
Coffee was fine. But customer service? iām sorry but to have such a attitude in the morning like that is ridiculous. The older woman taking orders was not friendly.

This is our local Starbucksā¦ everything is usually greatā¦.. except, corporate has cut costs on cups and lids, causing them to not fit properly. Recently had to change plans and waste an entire morning cleaning the car interior because the lid didnāt properly fit the cup and spilled all overā¦.. they replaced my drink and gave me a ā recovery cardā for $4.00ā¦.. it took about two hours to clean the carā¦. Not to mention a change of clothes for both my wife and I. Apparently Seattle thinks a customerās time is worth $2.00 per hour. No wonder why baristas are unionizing.
