I met a friend there to talk. They didn’t have tea or hot chocolate. The food selection was very limited. The staff were talking so loudly that it was difficult to hear my friend. Don’t think I would go back to this location. Lake Murray Blvd, Irmo,
This is our local Starbucks… everything is usually great….. except, corporate has cut costs on cups and lids, causing them to not fit properly. Recently had to change plans and waste an entire morning cleaning the car interior because the lid didn’t properly fit the cup and spilled all over….. they replaced my drink and gave me a “ recovery card” for $4.00….. it took about two hours to clean the car…. Not to mention a change of clothes for both my wife and I....
The morning baristas are absolute darlings! Wonderful, helpful, cheerful, and brighten my day when I see themThe afternoon baristas have bad attitudes and will blatantly ignore you. If you ordered from the mobile app and they were out of it they will refuse to help you get either a replacement or a refund
