I’m a hot coffee drinker. It’s always made pretty good. Baristas at this location are extremely rude though. They are also pretty rude to minorities. I noticed the team here is mostly all white females from northern/midwest regions of the US - no diversity at all, which is pretty strange for the area. They need some sensitivity and customer service training bad at this location.
I ordered my favorite peach green tea and a snowman cookie! The tea refreshing and of course the cookie delicious. The store was clean and atmosphere electric. The cashier was friendly and very helpful with my purchase.
This is my most favorite stop of the morning. Ms. Paula is an absolute Gem!! She remembers my name and makes me feel so welcome every day. Ive seen her do it to others too. The drinks are over priced but always good and she makes it worth it even more. Yall are doing great things❤️
