I have tried the pink drink from this location that was good. But have recently just got there frap and it’s very watery I don’t recommend getting fraps from this location.

Out of the 6 times I’ve been over the past couple of weeks, 4 times the coffee has spilled on/in my car or on me. The cups seem to be overfilled, and the lids don’t seem to fit on the cup well. Please just keep this in mind because I burned my hand pretty badly once. It’s become such an issue that I won’t go back to this location.

Got there around 1:30PM ordered food 4 danish, 3 potato baked chives, 1 wrap, and 4 drinks at the speaker. Got to the window and was told we could only get 1 of all food items. Barely any apology and no offers of anything else to eat. Moral of the story don’t go after 1 to get anything to eat.

Among Starbucks locations, this one did not sell me. The jazz music was so loud that when I made an order, they could not hear what I said. The atmosphere should be in the atmosphere, not in the face of the customer.
I left with 2% milk and I asked 3 times for heavy cream. Just lower the volume on the music.

Staff were complaining about coworkers in front of customers. Not very focused on customer needs. Customer sitting areas needed to be swept and wiped down.

Long time Starbucks customer and have been to MANY Starbucks.... Had some bonus stars, so decided to get a Venti Caramel Macchiato with extra caramel instead of my normal grande size.

The caramel wasn't even drizzled on the sides, and nearly non existent in the bottom. Also there was absolutely zero ice in an ICED caramel macchiato. It was room temp and served in a plastic cup like an iced drink, but ZERO ICE.

I know you can customize to ask for less ice or not ice, but mine was not customized at all and was supposed to have the regular amount of ice.

So terrible service when you're in a hurry to run by & grab something to go... Wasn't worth the time/effort to get them to correct it. Better off going to a different location, the barista at this one sucks on 7/8/2024

The food was good/hot & my wife's at least came with ice (but still no "extra" caramel drizzle even though ordered on hers also), so giving it a 2/5

It's been almost 5months coming in nearly every morning at the crack of dawn and it truly is a highlight in my day! ALL of the baristas that I have had the pleasure of speaking with have greeted me with a smile and cheery conversation! Luisa, Laura, Grace, Isaac, Victor and the other early morning crew give me such a boost to begin the day!Needing to add to my past review, I have to say that Grace and Laura add a nice smile to an early morning visit! Sometimes its hard to have a cheery disposition at that time in the day but some how JASON has managed to find pleasant baristas to provide an inviting environment to gets some work done before going into the office! Thank you all!!Ashley and Isaac are the friendliest, kindest, most attentive employees!!!! The SMILES they share with all of their customers are so genuine! I come in as soon as they open the doors most mornings and they always greet me with a smile and a Good Morning! It really matters! Super Kudos to you two!! Keep it Up!
