This has to be the WORST starbucks I have EVER been to. Not just one or two times, but EVERYTIME. I’m ordering and PAYING for modifications. Yet everytime, my Strawberry açaí with LEMONADE tastes like COMPLETE water and battery acid. I order with light lemonade and extra base (which when made right is almost RED), yet it’s always LIGHT pink and almost clear. This is the only starbucks in the area that has this problem. It is a waste of my money, and yet i keep giving them business, hoping something will change.

Asked for a pup cup (aka a cup of whipped cream) yesterday night at 9:00 pm as we were otw to put my dog down to give him one last treat and was told that they couldn't give me one. I had to make a purchase to get a cup of whipped cream because its policy. Sad to say, after spending thousands of dollars at this location, I will not be back. Just hoped for an act of kindness at a low point and received insensitivity. Really a shame.

When a person asks for a pup cup as a last special treat for their pup who is being laid to rest and you won’t give them one unless they buy something. SHAME ON YOU! You never know how much money someone has spent in your establishment but you will feel the loss of money! I hope you have the day you deserve. I wish we could give 0 stars

I am so happy this location is here! There is nothing negative I can say about this Starbucks. We have never been upset with any of the food or drink items we have ordered here. The atmosphere is unique, and it has that local Starbucks feeling! Hope this location sticks around!

My coffee sits not on the counter. Most days I am forgotten the coffee is left unattended in a process. I stand for minutes. Today. No sticker with my name. I do not touch others food, the guy in front of me touched mine, took the lid off etc. Put it back since it wasn't his. Baristas there are incredibly rude. This one especially. I know there are pens back there if the printer fails. Or hey a voice like are you this customer? I dunno. I'm not going back. The drive through is rude also. So go ahead if you gotta have that bucks. I recommend another location.
