I FOUND A NASTY COCKROACH IN MY CHICKEN SUB SANDWICH.
I WAS ALREADY HOME WITH MY SANDWICH WHEN I START EATING IT AND NOTICED IT AND I CALLED COMPLAIN AND THE PHONE RANG ONLY TWICE AND THEN KEPT HANGING UP ON ME. I'LL NEVER GO BACK!!!

I picked up my sandwich and when I opened it up there was hardly anything on the bread. It looked like it was thrown together. I've never had a sandwich this slim. I won't order from this restaurant again. I will make my own sandwiches from now on.

I ordered on Uber eats and they got my order wrong I spent $18 on that so Uber eats refunded me through there at $15 I ended up reordering and instead of giving me my foot long that was giving a 6 in and it didn't even have the turkey on it! They gave me a veggie sub so my sister-in-law went in for me to ask them about it to see if I could get it remade because it was twice I just wasted $33 on sandwiches I can't even eat because the first one was supposed to be toasted and it wasn't and I'm pregnant I can't eat cold deli meat. When she went in and tried asking about it all the person did was not even try to help with anything was rude to her about the food saying that I just took off the meat called me a liar basically pulled up my order on his screen then turn around and said oh I can't do anything about it so she asked what do you mean and he said she probably didn't even put it to this location even though he just pulled it up on the screen and wasn't even helpful. Me as a person who has worked in the fast food business for 4 years including subway that was horrible customer service it was rude and not ok. Respectfully they need to do better. I even called them and they hung up on me. Just rude.

Poor customer service made both subs incorrectly, very slow, don’t seem to know much about the subs they are making. Portions are cut way back. Very disappointing.

I bought a teriyaki chicken sandwich at this location. When I went home and open the sandwich the source was dripping all over and the bread was soaked. I went back and asked for refund , the guy talked to manager and told me no refund because I was on the store watching him making the sandwich it was my fault to not tell immediately. I gave the sandwich back and bought CAVA at this location . I am going to stick to CAVA. This place sucks in customer service. I will not recommend this place.

Placed an online order last night, and when I arrived to pick it up the place was closed. They closed earlier than advertised. The app should not have let me place the order if the store was closed. When I tried to call the number listed so I can talk to someone about getting a refund, the phone is disconnected. Definitely a horrible way to do business.

Placed an online order. When I arrived for it, they said they don’t make the chicken salad anymore because it doesn’t sell.. ummm, what?! It’s on the menu… the girl was very rude and dismissive.

Need better staffing ASAP!! The females always rude an unhappy and unfortunately no one never knows what they are doing or how. They always have young people in there that’s lazy, rude, act like they don’t want to work and do half a** Job with keeping the place clean and making a sandwich correctly. They make up their own rules because it’s no proper management!! Do better
