Placed an order online, I got to the location about 6:30 the door was lock the OPEN sign was OFF.There were 2 young ladies inside just looking at myself and other customers standing outside. I had to knock on the glass just so a young lady can open the door. I asked if they were closed because I’d placed an online order she pointed at the orders inside and said “It’s up there” I said ok. These young ladies had no customer service whatsoever. It was truly disgusting I wished I hadn’t already paid for my order online. The subs were awful. They weren’t toasted like we’d asked. They were loaded with meat and hard as a brick! Awful experience at this location!

I have tried several times to grab a sandwich before I go into work at 9:30 even though it says they’re open starting at nine. They’re never open. It’s just disappointing.

Got two Monster subs since it was an online only special, and it said it included bacon. Only reason we ordered the more expensive steak and cheese variant is because of the bacon, well surprise surprise there wasn’t a bit of bacon on either. It was still tasty and we ate them despite our disappointment, but I wouldn’t recommend anyone pay for it over a classic sandwich. While the restaurant appeared clean from my brief visit, and the staff were friendly enough. I suggest folks go to Bellacinos right up the road, especially considering the price comparison. Only reason I’d go back is for their promotions.

Went by yesterday, horrible attitude from the workers, food did not taste right, and I threw my sandwich away when I got to work after one bite in the car. (And the bread was chewy-hard). I didn't even bother calling back because they'd probably hang up on me. I don't know who the manager is but they need to straighten this out! That store's going to close soon!
They are very clean and everyone is super polite. The one guy whom works there (3/1/24@ 7pm)goes ENTIRELY too fast and doesn't pay attention to the directions that are on the online order. He has made my order at least 5 times, luckily I always wait until i get there to place the online order just to make sure it's correct.He's always rushing even if I'm the only one there and I have to correct him on what is on the order. Other than that I would give them 5 ?
