I have stopped going to Subway because of my experience with the Chapin store. But today I was really wanting a good sub,so I stopped at 11107 broad River location......... And I had the BEST EXPERIENCE with the young lady there. I believe her name is Zaria..... I WILL be going back to that location because of her. Thank you for being so kind and helpful

Subway Managers, We ordered a VEGGIE PIZZA. From which angle does this look a pizza.. lol? A bunch of veggies thrown on a TORTILLA with splattered with Tomato paste. My kid can make a pizza better than this. Picture added for proof. Really disappointed and are never going to go back to this place.

Management needs to manage their employees better or get new employees. Total lack of attention for customers. Employee was busy making himself a sandwich while his coworker had a line of customers. This place is also constantly out of ingredients. Do yourself a favor and drive to another Subway.

One of the nastiest restaurants I’ve ever been in. I didn’t end up ordering after first walking in the appearance alone, the worker working was a guy that looked like he had never showered, & they were out of so many items. I was super thirsty so was going to at least get a fountain drink, but the machine was nasty too. I have no idea how this place stays in business.

Recently moved out of the Columbia/Lexington area to get away from the hustle and bustle. Stopped in w/ my son on a Saturday night 8pm. No customers, waited 10mins for service, finally walked around to other side of counter to see the employee w/ gaming headset over his ears on his phone. Called out to him 3x before he looked up to see us. He made terrible jokes to cover his lack of working. We tried to order 3 different types of sandwiches. No meatballs, no turkey, tried to get steak or roast beef. Guy said his manager was the only one who could slice meat and he wasn't there. Needless to say we left and went to another restaurant. Inside definitely needed to be cleaned, but was willing to over look the messiness. We will NEVER BE visiting this location again. I'll drive 20 miles to another location b4 going back here. I would give ZERO stars if it was available.
I am someone who has worked in the service industry, someone who generally extends grace in any given situation, and someone who never leaves this reviews..but I couldn’t let this go. I was repulsed by this location. The guy DID NOT WEAR GLOVES while making OR restocking the food in the tubs. He was just barehanding it?. He also wore no hairnet OR hat of any kind, and had food all in his hair. Which means he was likely stocking the food with his bare hands and touching his head. The place had flies everywhere, and there was another employee lounging in his break going to town chewing on his fingernails. Hands all in his mouth. It was DISGUSTING. Do not eat here.

This is a Footlong Meatball Sub! Count your days! This is pathetic! Never again will I go back. Just look at the photo! Because subway has done this to there subs and shrunk them down to 2 inches wide and not even the regular length of the original footlong!
