This is the 2nd trip to this specific Taco Bell where we did not get all of the food we ordered, but this time my husband's quesadilla was not made correctly. I ordered the $9 discovery Luxe box and did not recieve my Catina Chicken burrito! This is the location we normally go to and our last 2 visits have been less than stellar.

We pull up to drive thru at 10 pm employees in the parking lot doing absolutely nothing and tell you they are only accepting door dash orders … wow so ignore the fact that the sign says you close at 1 am !!!Horrible experience I will not be returning

My 2 year old could do a better job. Every time I order from here, it’s wrong. Every uber eats, wrong. Tonight 2/3 of my items I had ordered on uber eats were wrong. Asked for no lettuce, there was a huge handful of lettuce on one taco and a tiny bit on the other so it feels like it was done on purpose.

Would've turned around and asked for my Nacho Fries i didn't get with my order but the girl working the window and all their employees didn't seem approachable for a mistake they made. Will not be back at this location.

Food was good for fast food but service could use improvement and workers were sitting around laughing and talking while only one person was working!

Absolutely horrible its like there scared ti talk to anyone you can't get any service they just stand back there and try and hide from you it feels. Took me 20 min to figure out a stupid kiosk why can't you take my order you can stand there and take drive through why can't you take my order instead of hollering at me to use the kiosk. Pepsi didn't work all you could do was tell me i changed it well no you didn't it doesn't work or i wouldn't have asked you. Do you even clean this place its Nasty horrible disgusting will not stop here ever again.

You know they have these new boxes now that are having a selection of different types of food. My combination of tacos burritos and chips in the price is pretty good I actually would raise my rating on this in the last few months.

Running lunch on Friday with two people, one of which was obviously a fairly new trainee is crazy. It took 20 minutes to get food. Several sodas were out. No sauces except Diablo. No napkins. Only about 5 straws left.
The workers who were here were working hard, but they aren't giving them enough help. There was a poor guy here trying to do an interview and he was waiting on someone to go it for about the full 45 minutes I was here. They need to hire him stat 😂
