Worst Taco Bell ever. I’ve given them so many chances. I just came by at midnight, they’re supposed to close at one, and the drive-through said all they’re doing is GrubHub and DoorDash. I ask why and she said, “because we’re closing“ is there not a manager working? What a joke

My friends and I just got a lot of food here for a late night snack. With only two people in the restaurant, they managed to whip up the best food I’ve ever had from Taco Bell. Fries were crispy and flavorful. Burrito had a good portion of meat. Everything was warm. Thank you for rocking my world Irmo Taco Bell.

Ordered food via Taco Bell app (5/22?) went to pick it up, was made aware there was no nacho chips and no freezies. I asked for a refund and was told to do it via app as that’s where I placed my order. I’ve written 3x since for the refund on my items, no reply, no refund, nothing. Dumb me gave it another try... 10/05 hour long wait, half the food missing, 4 items correct 2 made wrong! Ridiculous

Nobody answers the phone so I’ll leave my review here.. really should be ZERO stars. Y’all have to do a regroup on training because the way these products are made and served is ridiculous. Who doesn’t cut a pizza? Who doesn’t spread the meat accordingly? Just slop thrown in a box. And then to come to Google and see I’m not the only customer who received a pizza like that is outrageous. Do better. Have some sort of pride. The shell tasted HORRIBLE. Couldn’t even pick over the slop to eat it.

Why am I waiting 20 min in store on an online order when im the only one on here???
Ordered a Mexican pizza and look at the pics. Old lumpy meat, sauce not even on the whole top of the pizza and meat on only 1/3 of the pizza. Missing one taco. My Catania chicken had 2 fried chicken fingers?? Should have been grilled. If I didn't live so far I would have taken mine and my daughters 2 dried meat nasty tacos back.

They got my order completely correct. The first Taco Bell in a long time that has gotten my order all the way right. The only complaint I have is the man that brought us our food didn't seem happy at all. I mean do y'all need to give him a raise or something? The staff was extremely friendly and incredibly respectful. And as for the food, they loaded the chalupas down, and filled the bag of cinnamon twist up. Extremely satisfied, appreciate the staff there tonight.
