This taco bell blows. Consistently. After waiting way too long for two combo meals when there was literally no other customers (now I know why), I had to ask for a cup and then wait for the employee to finish texting on their phone to hand it too me.
In my opinion, considering the majority of the other reviews for this location, is in need of new management and employees.

Lazyyyyyy straight up lied to my poor dasher and said my order was “taken” thirty minutes prior to her getting there while I literally ordered my food thirty exact minutes before the dasher got there…so yall made it fast then lost my food even faster? Okay nice

This location usually does a great job, but there was obviously something going on with the service. I ordered my food at the drive thru and then was told to go to the front and park and the food would be brought out. Nobody seemed to know what food went where. I ordered the Cantina Crispy Chicken Taco and the Cantina Crispy Chicken Quesadilla. The quesadilla was just a regular quesadilla with about half or less filled, so that was a disappointment. When you order inside at this location, you order on a kiosk and they call your name with a bag when it’s ready and there really isn’t anyone to help out if there is an issue. I may drive the extra miles to go to the one on Lake Murray from now on. But one thing I will say, those two products may be the best two new items I have had at Taco Bell in a long time. And the avocado sauce that comes with it is AMAZING!
Sincerely don’t understand the point of this place being open if they have no food to serve in the morning. 2 separate occasions within a week span I have placed a mobile order and when arriving I am told “we have no breakfast items to serve” by the same guy. But here’s the kicker. He checks in my order so I can’t cancel it to get a refund lovely establishment here.

Supreme beef burritos should have enough BEEF on them that you don't think it's a BEAN burrito. Nick the employee (rude) says he put 2 oz on it, that's all ya get. He didn't care at all. After reviewing the reviews, I see this is typical.

Horrible experience every time we go here. Out of something, every time. Will tell us they’re out of something when we pull up to the drive thru, until we say we did an online order then all the sudden it’s all good. Employees are rude and drive thru girl is wearing air pods not worrying about customers. Will only go to lake Murray tb from now on. Will never go back to this one. Always the worst.

This place used to be the really good, but in the last year or two, it’s turned into a dumpster fire. Seriously, check the reviews: all the good ones are ancient relics, and the bad ones are flooding in like a broken sewer pipe. I don’t even want to waste my breath explaining how abysmal it is now. If you’re craving some decent fast food, do yourself a favor and go to Popeyes across the street. It’s infinitely better and probably cheaper than this pathetic joke of a Taco Bell.
