I ordered two hard shell Supreme tacos with no lettuce but received two soft tacos with a hard shell with lettuce and some Doritos in them. I’m not upset about the mistake — that happens. I went inside to get the order corrected. What bothered me was the employee arguing with me and insisting my order was correct. At that point, I didn’t trust them to remake my food and just left. Very disappointing customer service.

I just had a VERY Horrible experience at taco bell dutch fork. I went through the drive thru to get a burrito. The worker misunderstood me and put ONLY cheese and sour cream on my tortilla and never specified that you had to add beef. I went back in after munching into my taco and tasting only sour cream. The lady was very disrespectful, yelling at me and telling me that I was wrong for not specifying. Told me she would have to charge me extra. Also went back to the cooks and shouted “YALL HEARD WHAT SHE SAID RIGHT” looking for agreement and was throwing her hands in the air. There were also other customers in there which was embarrassing because it shows she doesn’t care who she acts out infront of. The lady was SOO beyond disrespectful it made me not even want to go back to taco bell. People like her with low patience and an attitude should not be servicing anything ESPECIALLY food AND dealing with customers. How the interaction SHOULD HAVE went “Hi I think you misheard me” “Oh i’m so sorry and that was on me I won’t charge you for it just give me a moment” And I would never have been writing this review right now. For corporate, the lady was black, tall, and had some type of dreads. You were very rude to me and I was very hungry and you ruined my taco bell experience. Thanks but no thanks and I hope you face a decent punishment because you were very disrespectful.

Looks disgusting in here. Came in around 12:30 Sunday August 10th 2025 and it’s nothing cleaned and nothing wiped down seems like the cashiers only wanna do one thing and don’t wanna clean or something unless there new . It was two cashiers atleast one could’ve came and clean up or something it would be no orders coming in and there are still not cleaning up the lobby oh and also NOTHING was stocked and that wasn’t the only thing in that photo that wasn’t clean it was plenty more but after I seen that mess I decided to leave

Dear general manager and employees who work here - Have you tried Mountain Dew Baja Blast zero? Please try it. Just please do. Learn that it tastes like mold, and learn the reason why that fountain machine and beverage pipes need to be cleaned daily. I just threw out the whole large drink I paid $2.96 for. I am absolutely not feeding that to anyone in my family.
You’ve been warned. I don’t know if it’s Taco Bell in general or this location but the portions are tiny, the price is high, and you order from the kiosk. Won’t be back.

Food is always lukewarm at best. I ordered s steak supreme burrito and loaded beef nachos. I live less than 2 miles away so it should still be hot when I get home. The chips in the nachos were way over salted and barely edible. It was like 3 different people salted them.
