Wait time was terrible everyone was training. We dined inside and when we left had trouble getting out because the line for the drive through window was backed up blocking the only exit. There was only one kiosk working to order on inside also.

Out of all the Taco Bells in the area , this is definitely the one to go to.Dante brought out our online order, and I tell ya one thing he sure was a breath of fresh air.Keep up the awesome work and hats off to this location! ?

I ordered 2 steak grilled cheese burritos and they burnt them. I called the location and they said they couldn't do anything without a picture which I know is a lie.

For a while, we stopped coming to this location and we went to the Lake Murray Blvd location. After tonight, we will DEFINITELY be back. Even though it was busy with it wrapped around the building. The young man at drive thru window had phenomenal customer service. Smiled and was very polite. Our food was 10/10. They have definitely made improvements from before.

We ordered 6-Soft Shell and 6-Hard Shell Tacos..We live 2.2 miles from this store…so the food should have been at least warm. All 6 Hard Shells were stale, cold, soggy, and the shells had a disgusting aroma that reminded us of formaldehyde. I would not/could not recommend this location…

I went through the Drive through at the location Near Walmart. I ordered four crunchy tacos and my tacos had such little in them that the taco shells Were all broken in half except for the one that I took a picture of showing how much you actually get in the taco shell from Taco Bell. I will no longer ever eat at Taco Bell paying eight dollars for four taco shells with minimal amount in it is not worth it. See the picture attached

They are always missing items or messing up the order. Just go to any other Taco Bell and you’re usually okay. Not this one though.

I don't understand how every single time I come here something is missing from my order. How does a business have a 100% failure rate of giving me the correct order?? Its so ridiculous that it's comical. Food is good for a taco bell.

Updated! :29/34 times over past 5 years got my order wrong in the past.Last year:Wrong 6/7Walked over tonight from Sonic and told only drive thru open by manager, it's 8:00 PM never again for this Taco Bell! (i obviously lied about not going, it’s a thing now;)
Food was cold chalupas was hard overpriced for horrible food. They didn't even have hardly any meat on tacos,

idk about all these bad reviews. i have had a couple mess ups or long wait times at this Taco Bell, but honestly i feel like that’s a risk you take when you visit any fast food place, it mean it’s Taco Bell. they are clearly understaffed, but if I come at the right time i always have so much fun with the employees at the window! they’ve seen me in all states and moods and i can always joke and laugh with them. i’ve even been offered a free drink plenty of times haha
