Goofy, uneducated, and bad customer service at this location especially with the AM crew - ugh- I wouldn’t be surprised if robots replaced them in the near future !

The black lady with the brown dreads was very disrespectful. I walked in with 3 other people and we sat down as a table of 4. Immediately as I walked in she stared at me and gave me a long stare. When she asked for our drinks and we responded, she turned around and proceeded to mumble “michael jackson” and “blanket” (who’s michael jackson’s son if you don’t know) these are offensive and derogatory words. She thought because she mumbled them that no one would hear. I stood up and asked her who was she talking about. I repeated it 3 times. She ignored me because she didn’t expect me to hear or say anything back. I’m also a teenager but I know how to stick up for myself and am not gonna let some “adult” disrespect me. I then told all my friends to get up and leave because i was not going to patronize that location with a disrespectful waitress. Then when we sat down in the car I could see her through the window telling the other customers what happened. Completely unprofessional. Save your time and money and go somewhere else. Waffle house lost 4 checks tonight because their waitress didn’t feel like keeping her thoughts to herself.

Stood in a uncrowned lobby for 5 min before a woman and her daughter walked in they were immediately greeted. We were treated like we were lucky to be there. Nasty leadership ! Will be following up with a corporate complaint

Went tonight after work, & they were fast, friendly, & the food was fresh, & good. It wasn't greasy, & I enjoyed it. Christen, Makhi, & Daniel were working, & had it down pack on how great they worked, & got the food out. I was very pleased with the entire experience.

This is the only waffle house I go to anymore. The place is always clean and the people are always nice. My food was exactly what I asked for.

The service is solid most of the time. The food is definitely a classic. Can’t really go wrong with some Waffle House. The prices have go up though over the years unfortunately.

I received exceptional service from the server upon arrival, however, the establishment's downfall was that the server was working alone without a cook.
