My second time coming to this location on Broad River Road and they double charge my mobile order try to get my refund and of course they can’t do anything except for me to contact corporate. Wendy’s employees need to be retrained on how to accept orders and payments. Not to mention I get home and my order isn’t even right.

The only thing I ever get at Wendy's is their chili - which I crave when it gets cold.
The Wendy's that is so close to our home, makes a fantastic chili.
They are rarely busy and I also appreciate how polite the entire staff is.

Food was hot and fast!! Person at the counter which I assume was a manager gave me a little grief about parking across 3 spots with a truck and trailer in the empty parking lot. Other than it was great!

I placed an online order and still had to wait almost 10 minutes for my order. My cinna pull apart tasted like they had been sitting under a warmer since this morning. I got my honey mustard dipping sauce but no nuggets. There was a vape sitting on the counter. I could see it from the drive thru window. Forgot my fork for my bacon cheese fries.

I have never had to leave a negative review for a fast food place and believe me I’ve had bad experiences, but this has definitely taken the cake! I wish I had read reviews which I never even have had to consider before but now reading other reviews I see that this is not a one off experience. Firstly, why am I being told to wait in a parking spot when there’s zero line? Secondly why are the french fries a quarter full for a combo thirdly? Why are the french fries still frozen? And lastly, a norm your Dr Pepper soda needs to be changed out. It taste like waters. We’ll never ever recommend this location. I can see why it’s always empty.

I ordered an Oreo Brownie Frosty and a meal. The girl told me it would be extra to put Oreos on top. I told I alway order this and it comes w Oreos on top. Asked for a manager and she said it would be extra. I asked her to call her manager and she did and that manager said it would be extra. I told her I didn't want the entire order and she said ok! Ridiculous for some Oreos on too and it's supposed to come that way. To loose an entire order for some Oreos is crazy to me. Worst customer experience and business decision I have ever seen!! They are cheating the public on what we are supposed to receive!!

Fries were cold, nuggets over cooked (this is a big deal since the Wednesday Meal of Misfortune was ordered), and qty of nuggets ordered wasn't received. I give them a 3 for service because the order was taken with no issue and they were courteous at the drive though window. The drinks were great.

Wendy’s needs to find better customer service people. Went and picked up my order at 6:10 and the Lady at the drive-through was very unprofessional.
