On 4/8/25, I sent in a complaint via their website. As is obvious from this posting date, one week has passed and not one communication from Whataburger. It is CRM: 00280846787, even though I’m quite sure this matters not at all to this company.
A week ago, I was a recoverable customer. Heck, yesterday they could have won me back. Ignore your customers for a week when they have a complaint? Naw. No coming back.
Even better, the complaint was about being completely ignored at a location in Texas.

I had experienced What’s a burger when I was a traveler in Alabama. I was excited to hear Irmo was getting one. We finally went and was not impressed with the outcome of the food. The hamburger meat seemed different and the cheese was not even melted on the burger. The chicken sandwich was not bad it was juice. I hate to say I probably won’t go again. ☹️. The service was great just like chic fila

The burgers are big. Meat juicy and tender. Fries were heavily salted. I couldnt find 1 fries I could eat. That's needs to be fixed. Other than that burger was perfect. Sweet tea was good an fresh. The workers were nice an friendly. I took off 1 star because the inside is small, when the employees take breaks in lounge area. They should have a different spot, so they can relax, without taking up space for paying customers.
Our first time here and they messed up our order. My husband got a chicken sandwich on texas toast, and got it on a regular bun. I got a Cheeseburger all the way and got a patty on a bunch with only ketchup. After I got the right burger, the flavor was good but it was still a poor looking burger. It's not all it's hyped up to be.

i tried the patty melt and onion rings. Both were delicious. It is nice to have a 24 hour restaurant.
One of the worse experiences ever poor customer service and the manager acted like it was a major congressional act to give a refund while making disparaging remarks under his breath. My 1st and last time going here. I have been to other whataburgers top tier but not this one.

Been at the Irmo location 3 times now, hoping it'll git better, giving this location chances! Ugh... always cold food and nearly inedible! Stacking people in the Dirve through, makes absolutely no sense!

Good place with good customer service. The burgers are like most places but the build on the burgers are the magical points. Once you find your go-to, you'll likely stay there with it. Good to see the franchise expand
