Great experience. With the snow storm shutting most business the group of three working the day shift were amazing on February 1st. The young lady was extremely polite while juggling a line of cars and working with limited staff. Food was hot and amazing. Thank you for working as hard as yall did you deserve a bonus or something for going above and beyond.
My husband and I had a late dinner at Whataburger last night. We were only given one container of ketchup. I went to the counter to ask for more ketchup. Nobody was behind the counter. I said something about hey there is someone at the counter. A worker came out and he was going to mop the floor. I asked him for ketchup and he said his hands were gross. He said he would get someone. He said they were understaffed. Nobody came after a minute or two. I gave up and went back to my...
They left me at the counter a couple of times standing and waiting and never came up, but when they did walk up finally, they acted like they were concerned with what you had to say. They saw me too. I get it though, but communication goes a long way, for the most part
