They left me at the counter a couple of times standing and waiting and never came up, but when they did walk up finally, they acted like they were concerned with what you had to say. They saw me too. I get it though, but communication goes a long way, for the most part
I ordered the jalapeno burger combo with onion rings and a medium Dr. Pepper. The hamburgers are good but I wouldn't classify them as exceptional. I mean they're just a good basic burger but they don't go too far above that. The onions rings were really good I thought, especially since they have their Whataburger dip to go with it.
