The staff at this Pizza Hut is amazing! I’ve only done carry out twice but both times was greeted with a smile and exceptional customer service! Would highly recommend!

I will never eat here again ordered extra pepperoni.I got a regular pizza ordered supreme I got a bare pizza. I called about it and the representative made up an excuse apologized and hung up. No offer to fix my order.

So how can you get a bad Pizza from Pizza Hut? Never have I ever had a bad Pizza Hut Pizza until yesterday. My husband grabbed his piece and went to his office. I bit into my piece in kitchen. I thought it tasted funny...maybe a little raw and too tomatoe tasting.....my husband showed back up and said he didnt like pizza and could not eat. PIZZA HUT IRMO DOES NOT GIVE REFUNDS....they will only issue a credit toward your next order...coronovirus or not!!! They hold your money.(tacky tacky) In middle of pandemic....will all the money they are making. SHAME SHAME SHAME!

Ordered Pizza online and were out to pick up pizza an groceries. Ordered Pizza and called once I ordered to make sure it was correct. When arrived, lady working register seemed like I was bothering her because she was on a personal phone call. All 3 pizzas looked awful and were made incorrectly. Even after I called, questioned when paid and they were still wrong. She said she could remake them, but it would take 30 minutes. My food thawing, so I had to take awful pizzas. I ended up having to throw them away because they were so bad and not what we ordered. NEVER go here, drive anywhere else, heck even frozen pizza would have been better!!!!

Pizza was supposed to be ready at 7:20 PM... Been in the drive thru for 35+ minutes now. Never coming back!

I wish I had employees like Miesha(sp) my experience running restaurants would have been better. She took the time out of, what I know was a hectic schedule, and answered my questions regarding charges to my account. This Manager on Duty, went above all to help me get the answers I needed. She is truly the reason I will continue to give this restaurant my business. The last few times I have gone in to pick up there is a gentleman with a beard, probably not Miesha Lol, that has been awesome. Those two make your restaurant my go to!

Ordered a Pizza for about $15.00. A few days later, checked my credit card and found out that my $15.00 pizza cost me $40.00 (overcharged by $25.00). Hmmmmmm Contacted the "Manager" at Pizza Hut, who couldn't fix it. He said another manager would call. That manager didn't call, so I called back. The next "Manager" said the same thing. At least this "Manager" and a higher "Manager" call me within a few minutes. Unfortunately, this "Manager" wasn't at work and couldn't do anything until the next day. Another "Manager" called me at 4:00 and 5:00 pm (unfortunately I was out) and left a message to call the Pizza Hut to fix the problem. I called and got the first "Manager". Unfortunately, he still couldn't do anything, but gave me the name and number to another "Manager" that could help me the next day. I didn't wait until the next day, since 3 days already passed to simply return my $25.00 (and hopefully fire the employee that overcharged me - seemingly purposely). Needless to say, within a couple hours, a pizza delivery guy showed up with my $25.00. He was a nice young guy, very polite and I almost tipped him $5.00, but was so pissed with the whole mess that I didn't. It would seem that if a customer orders a product, and the customer is overcharged (more than double the original cost), the store/restaurant would have procedures in place to reimburse the customer easily and not give the customer a big run around. It is not the customer's fault that someone at the restaurant overcharged the customer. GEEEZZZZ. I haven't ordered very often from Pizza Hut, because the quality of the Pizzas have gone down over the years, as they continue to try to find ways to may fancier pizzas (drizzles, crust brushing, etc...) Needless to say, I probably won't order from Pizza Hut again. If I ever do, I will definitely be paying in CASH ONLY!!!!
