We had a complication with our door dash order and the manager Kayla personally delivered our order to us!! She was so kind and helpful and even made our food fresh since it was sitting there. Amazing customer service and delicious food!

Fryers went down, employees were trying to figure out how to complete orders. The outlets were out on one side but others worked by utilizing extension cords. This occurred between 1:20-1:40 on Monday October 6 2025 at Broad River Road site. John used his problem solving skills to complete orders and I give them 5 stars for that! Food took longer than expected but I can not fault the employees.

I can see why this place has such low reviews. Placed an order online and arrived at the latest time it said our order would be ready and yet still had to wait an extra 30 minutes in store, so almost an hour for our food to be done. And our order was not even a big one. Absolutely no point in even ordering ahead here, just go somewhere else.

Bruh I waited an hour for my food. Just to get someone else’s ordered the bag had my name on it. But I ordered a chicken sandwich, two tenders, a sweet tea, corn, large ranch with brownie. I get my “order” and it’s lemon Pepper and buffalo hot wings, some cold/dry a$$ fries and a lemonade and It’s not what I ordered. I’m so pissed and they’re closed so I have to wait til tomorrow to get a damn refund.

employees don’t listen when you’re directly telling them your order, they don’t season the fry’s anymore & last time i ordered from here i told them i want lemon pepper and spicy korean and they gave me all spicy korean and when i asked her could she correct my order they said it wasn’t anything they could do about it. she even had the name wrong on the order overall they just don’t listen.
