I can see why this place has such low reviews. Placed an order online and arrived at the latest time it said our order would be ready and yet still had to wait an extra 30 minutes in store, so almost an hour for our food to be done. And our order was not even a big one. Absolutely no point in even ordering ahead here, just go somewhere else.

Bruh I waited an hour for my food. Just to get someone else’s ordered the bag had my name on it. But I ordered a chicken sandwich, two tenders, a sweet tea, corn, large ranch with brownie. I get my “order” and it’s lemon Pepper and buffalo hot wings, some cold/dry a$$ fries and a lemonade and It’s not what I ordered. I’m so pissed and they’re closed so I have to wait til tomorrow to get a damn refund.

employees don’t listen when you’re directly telling them your order, they don’t season the fry’s anymore & last time i ordered from here i told them i want lemon pepper and spicy korean and they gave me all spicy korean and when i asked her could she correct my order they said it wasn’t anything they could do about it. she even had the name wrong on the order overall they just don’t listen.

One of the best Wingstop locations in the Carolinas. Recently moved to the area, and we have dined at this location half a dozen times already. Food is always hot, fresh, and service is fast and friendly. The one time I had an issue with an order was a delivery order. But the manager quickly handled the matter and was professional and very easy to work with. Keep up the good work!

We went here for dinner. The food was good. There were 4 of us, and we got a variety of different foods. Everyone said their food was good. I got boneless wings and fries. The wings were flavored well, and they give you a huge amount of fries.
