Terrible customer service, gets my order wrong every time

The customer service at the Lake Murray Blvd location is the best I've ever received. The crew they have working today (4/18), especially the gentleman taking orders inside did a great job and he was so nice when dealing with our chaotic crew. He was very patient while my toddler picked out his meal and my grandmother took a moment to read the menu. The food coming out quick and hot was just a bonus.

Ordered a boneless wing meal tonight! Wings was hard as a rock and bread was a tough as leather! $10 gone down the drain plus the line was long for no reason and no one was even in the restaurant! I do not recommend! I’d I wasn’t so tired I would take this food back up there! Get it together and oh yeah too many young people working yhere playinv with folks food! Thumbs down 👎!

This is the third or fourth time that I’m going to the Zaxby’s and got it reheated white cheddar bite and the cheese still wasn’t melted and they were grease lol so that is money wasted it seems to be common across Zaxby’s to not ask you to pull up and wait while they’re coop fresh to order It is an appetizer. Highly dissatisfied probably won’t be eating at Zaxby’s for a very long time

Love their salad.

If you get take-out, make sure you have the whole meal. We ordered the surf and turf, and the chicken was missing. Not the first time this has happened.

I ordered the surf and turf and was highly disappointed!!! The shrimp were salty, the fries were greasy and droopy, the chicken tenders and toast were the only things worth eating and for damn near $15 dollars, I should been able to enjoy more than just 3 tenders a piece of bread. I NEED THEM TO DO BETTER!!

The food tastes good, but over the last year or so the portions feel like they’ve shrunk. At least 1/5 of your tenders will be half the size of the others, the large fries with no slaw seems like the normal ammt of fries you used to get without paying extra. And including 1 (one) Zax sauce for a 5 tender meal then upcharging for more sauce is diabolical work. In my experience, Popeyes or Canes won’t nickel and dime you this hard so I would recommend those.

First time I have ever got bad food at Zaxby. I got the grilled chicken salad and the chicken was burnt . My husband got the grilled chicken sandwich and it was also burnt . We also got the cheese cake bites . They gave us zaxby sauce instead of the strawberry dip . That was a shock to bite into . We will not go to this Zaxby again.

Food is okay majority of the time. It’s just the extremely long wait times. Almost every time I go I have to pull forward and park.

Has sign up for new milk shakes. The machine has been out for weeks. Take the sign down

Can be hit or miss with the freshness of the food. But for the most part it's okay. Picking up a mobile order from the drive-thru is pretty funky.

Mcdonald’s has bigger chicken nuggets than these tenders. service was great but i’m fairly upset that i paid 10 dollars for 3 chicken nuggets on some sliders and 14 half-seasoned fries yes i counted

Good food. Really liked the view of the music lessons building.
