Y’all should really rethink this pick up shelf if you’re not checking receipts. Ordered pick up and someone took my food before I got there. Then when they remade it, it was wrong. Very disappointing.

Really busy this time as there was a bus of people there. Food was good but no sauce was in the bags and had to ask for cups. Would have been bad had I not checked for the sauces and dressing fir the salad.

Going to Zaxby's on a Saturday night is not for the weak. Besides the wait and being forgotten about once told to move forward in the drive through while my food was still cooking, the food was delish! I am always a fan of their fries and the chicken Philly was so flavorful! Restaurant and outside are always clean.

It’s not busy outside and I just witnessed young black kids working outside in 40 degree weather taking orders and also collecting money with a cash register while the manager sits inside doing nothing the whole thing doesn’t make any

Overall, everything was great. My only complaint is I was the ONLY customer on the inside, but I had to stand at the counter for about 3-4 minutes before anybody would take my order, and they knew I was standing there. The food did come out fast, even though it was just a Zax kids meal. Both things of sweet tea in the dining area were empty. But the restaurant was clean and the food, as always, was delicious. I would gladly recommend this location.
Worst costumer experience I have ever encountered. Service was supper slow ordered at 1:23pm received our food at 2:00pm. Inconsiderate about their costumers. As I waited no one came up to me and assured me that the food was being made or almost done. Very disappointed.

Order on the app went to pick it up Order was ready got home now this is feeding a family of 4 the fried pickles was burnt the FF looked to be a small not large and it was all semi cold we live 2 miles away sooooo should be hot … not to mention we didn’t have any sauce or bread in the bag …. So any way who knows when we’ll be backParking: Probably 40 spots

The food is always Great! I am very excited for the new one opening a half a block from my house! However, oftentimes the app will not open, or it takes several minutes to get the app open! I have not been able to use it in several weeks on my orders. By the time I remember to get in to the app to see if it'll open when I'm at home, I've already gotten rid of the bag which had the receipt in it. Not happy about that!
