Ordered a family finger meal, which literally says it comes with 4 zax sauces...didn't get a single one. Toast was mediocre. No seasoning on fries. Chicken was fine. Will think about it before spending my money at this location again.

I placed my order at 08:06 pm. At 8:20 pm I'm told they're waiting on tenders 10 more minutes.. we watched them give out so much food in between. Finally got my food at 830. Counted 7 people. All staring not rushing or anything. Almost 30 minutes on 3 salads and 10 tenders.

Orders the new 3 pack chicken tacos on menu. Received With only lettuce and cheese. I wish I could take a picture.

Cannot follow simple instructions. They were all confused. Didn’t know what was going on. Do not recommend. Wish Hardee’s was still occupying this location.

Zaxbys is usually awesome! Today was less so. Had to wait 10 minutes to get my fried Cobb salad and a 5 finger plate. Wasn't offered a receipt nor was one provided. Got home with my order; no utensils and NO CHICKEN on the Cobb salad. 3:45pm on a Friday. Will be checking my order carefully from now on.

Waited over 15 minutes after I was told to pull into the handicapped parking for my order. If you're in the rush for lunch or even hungry don't bother with this place. Wait time is a joke, service is worse.

Service was incredibly slow and biased. I sat in the drive thru for a mobile order made on the app and was still asked to pull into a parking space, having to wait another 15 mins. Also, noted that there is one person for both drive thru lanes. Please add extra help on schedule to avoid customers having to wait long times. Went inside because the sauce was not in bag once given and still had to wait 15 mins and was only served after the cashier offered to help a white male and I interrupted. Also noticed there was one cashier on registers for a full house of customer. Please work to service your customers better and being considerate of their time.

Made me wait to 5 minutes to order and took the other window as soon as they pulled up after me. I ordered a 5 finger plate and got 3 fingers, no toast, I also ordered a frozen lemonade and got a regular. I won't be returning.
