Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

I met a friend for lunch on 10/09. Ordered a Cobb Zalad. Service was ok and meal tasted fine. 9:30 that evening I started to experience symptoms of food poisoning. Ended up in the hospital two days later where they confirmed salmonella poisoning. I’m 99% sure I contracted the illness here as this is the only place I have eaten that wasn’t with my family and none of them are sick. I suppose dhec will determine for sure. I only make this review to warn others. I wouldn’t wish this level of sickness on my worst enemy. After this experience, I may never eat another salad.

Good chicken like you'd expect from Zaxby's but the religious music playing while I was just trying to eat was off-putting. If I wanted to hear religious music I'd attend one the many local religious sects.

Wonderful food and what you've come to expect from Zaxby's. Chicken sandwiches and fries for my son and I before church. Very pleased. Polite staff. Highly recommend.

Great Zaxby’s. I had to wait a little longer than usual for the box of food, so they gave me a few extra chicken strips without me saying a thing. Great staff. Thank you!

I went to the drive through to pick up a salad. I was 2nd in line. It took 10 minutes for me to get the salad. The car in front of me had a large order, but instead of moving forward to a wait spot, we all waited for that order to be filled before the next car was served. Then, to top it off, the staff did not include eating utensils in my to-go salad order.

I typically enjoy Zaxby’s, but this particular location has been extremely disappointing. On Thursday, September 18th, I waited over 30 minutes for my order, only to receive it incorrectly. To make matters worse, a male employee (whose name began with “Z”) asked for the food back after it had already been served. When I explained that I was already eating it, he simply walked away without any clarification or apology. Additionally, the dining area was poorly maintained — every trash can inside was overflowing, and the restroom was in unacceptable condition. Overall, this experience fell far below the standard I’ve come to expect from Zaxby’s.
I’ve noticed that Zaxby’s often responds to negative reviews with the same copy-and-paste message asking customers to email a specific address. I’ve already done so, but it feels dismissive when issues like this are ongoing. This location needs real attention and improvement, not just a template response.

Friday at 6pm doors locked but people still inside eating. No signs on door. Worst Zaxbys in the area. They have screwed up my order more than once too. This one is dead to me

I believe they purposely take forever in drive through so that people will leave and they won't have to serve them.

I’ve been here quite a few times as they’re usually wonderful and fresh however, yesterday around 750pm I ordered 2 lemon pepper wings and things, 6 piece lemon pepper strips, quesadilla , two orders of veggie egg rolls and a kicken chicken meal. None of the lemon pepper meals had hardly any sauce on them. The boneless chicken wings were old or fried in old grease: Also had old cold fries that are barely crunchy and cold bread, it’s like zaxbys made this at lunch and let it sit there til they could hand it off. My son wanted a lime coke but this location does not have the machine that you can get flavor drinks, so he was super upset. Super disappointing with this whole experience. Attempted to call store multiple times with no answer.

New location. Very clean. Employees very friendly. Tried chicken bacon ranch quesadilla...very good/lots of chicken. Chicken fingers, bleu salad..we're all very good. Our daughters & 2 grandkids went and enjoyed it all.

I got the best cobb salad I have ever had lots of salad fixings not filled in with dark green items (that may have been better cooked with a piece of ham) the chicken fingers were cooked perfect tender and juicy on the inside and not crispied(fried) until unedible on the outside just keep doing what you're doing because I think you are doing great as of now 👍

Had only a minor issue with my food which Damon handled in the most professional manner.
